The room bathrooms are to small.

The people that worked there were wonderful. They get a 10. They went out of their way to be kind and help us. They knew we were going to the cause Moffitt hospital. . They tried to find us a room with a firm bed. You didn’t have a room with a good bed just like the downtown property. The hotel, like the one downtown needs a total remodeling and super cleaning job new furniture and mattresses and we unfortunately saw roaches here also. You need to bomb all your hotels. You need a complete remodel and new mattresses. We were stuck or we would not have stayed at the property s and the property at Busch Gardens had a wonderful staff in the downtown Hyatt the staff was horrible even mean!

See above. We hated both property’s were stuck staying at the properties but stayed in great pains. Your staff at this property is wonderful. You need new mattresses at both properties and total remodel job and to bomb for roaches and vermin at both properties.

Achtung: Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig (12 US/pro Nacht). Ein gebuchtes und beständiges Bett für die dritte Person musste bei Ankunft selber bezogen werden, ein Safe ist weder im Zimmer noch im Hotel verfügbar! Nach einem ganztägigen Aufenthalt im Park Busch Gardens, war abends das Zimmer nicht gereinigt (weder Betten gemacht noch saubere Handtücher, geschweige gestaubsaugt!!!). Eine Beschwerde an der Rezeption war erfolglos, man teilte uns völlig desinteressiert mit, dass man dies morgen kläre, weil das Zimmerpersonal nun nicht mehr da sei!!! Ein Pool ist auch vorhanden, dieser befindet sich in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich, welchen man um 8pm verlassen muss, somit kann man sich nur noch in dem nicht gereinigtem Zimmer aufhalten. JEDES MOTEL IST BESSER UND DIE MITARBEITER/INNEN SERVICEORIENTIERTER

Very close to bush gardens had a shuttle to the park which was very convenient.

Lobby very small which is the same place they did breakfast. Not very comfortable as far as that small place and having many people for breakfast. Also the bathroom was coming apart the tile had black stuff on it didn’t look cleaned very well. And the water pressure was almost non existent.

None. The picture looks nice but don’t be fooled.

Very old faculty needs an update. Dirty floor, dirty bed, when I pulled sofa bed there were snack in between the cushion.
