Nothing

There was nothing positive about my experience the room was loud and dirty. The front desk associate was not kind and didn’t seem to care when I informed him the room was dirty.

The staff was mediocre, and there was a puddle in the tub from the last guest. The hallways and room smelled like vegetable soup. The air-conditioner didn't work, so they brought us an industrial fan. The heater was uncovered. Stains on the chair.

Support staff did what they could and were polite

Hotel is run down. Hot tub closed. Pool area has no tables. Tiny towels that are stained. Blankets with cigarette burn holes. No breakfast room to sit and eat your minimal breakfast. Didn’t even have the room that we booked-it was closed down months ago

At least there were no bedbugs.

the carpet was nasty, the bathroom floors were sticky, there wasn't enough towels or soaps in the bathroom for the number of people the room was sold for. there were stains on the sheets and cigarette holes in the bedcovers. The rooms did not lock well, you could see light between the door crack. It's in a seedy part of town with homeless folks loitering around the parking lot. The pool area was not well taken care of and did not look clean. the pool furniture was missing pieces and/or broken. For the price I expected a much better value. It could have at least been clean. We weren't allowed to leave until someone checked the room to be sure we hadn't done any (more) damage. And that's after putting a hold on our card to cover that!

Clean and location was great.

Too noisy, smell of cigarette smoke.

Not much, staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

Room smelled of stale smoke. AC unit sounded like a car without a muffler, woke me up everytime it came on.

the pool was cozy a lil on the warm side few polite staff very helpful to the air-conditioning unit replacement

Hot tub was broke and air conditioner didn't work they said they returned my money to my card for the deposit and it been 24 hr and I haven't gotten my money back bath tub handle was lose
