BEDBUGS!!! as soon as we got there we checked the bed and it had bedbugs. We went to the front desk to get a refund they would not refund us saying that management had to do it the next day. The next day we went to management and they still haven’t refunded me or called back or anything like they promised. very disappointed!! 😡

The room was dirty, there was cockraoches in the room and bathroom. there was about 10 people in front of lobby having a party with alcohol dis not feel very safe.

The hotel staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was very good, fresh every morning. Good location!

Upon arrival, a $100 hold was placed on my card, this was expected. I was told by the front desk that I would be charged half of the stay now and the rest would be charged at different points in my stay. $490.98 was charged to my card, I just assumed this was part of the hotel cost until 2 days into our 6 night stay I woke up to another $608.58 charge to my account. When I spoke to the front desk I was informed this was not a normal occurrence, and that there was "no $490 charge on our end, so there's nothing we can do on our side." The front desk staff was very helpful and apologetic about the situation and referred us to speak with the General Manger. When I called and explained the situation I was continuously interrupted and spoken to like a child. My partner took the phone because my nice approach was not doing the trick and he was told that there was nothing showing on his side and he has nothing to do with it and doesn't know what we're expecting him to do and we should speak to the front desk. He was very evasive of our questions and kept trying to brush us off. He had no answers and could not explain why we were being charged almost double for a hotel with dirty mattresses, peoples old wash cloths and masks in the floors, smelly sheets and terrible Wifi. My bank could not dispute the charges until we checked out so we were stuck on vacation for 5 more days with barley any money to do what we had planned. Thanks for nothing Quality Suites!

Clean pool, friendly staff, clean, affordable, pride in their business and excellent customer service!!! WILL be staying there again!!!

Snacks were a little pricey for what they were, wish breakfast hours were just a little longer, hard to get kids out of bed early when they know school is not in session lol
