the noise from the guest above me kept me up all day and the staff didn’t do anything to solve the problem after they could hear the noise themselves,didn’t offer a discount or anything. And as a hospitality worker at the front office for 25 years I would have discounted the room?to satisfy the guest. I’ll think twice about making another reservation there.

A place where we could sleep for a night

The first room that was given to us had water on the floor it came from the fridge. The elevator looks like it was not cleaned for a couple of days. The breakfast area is not cleaned well. There was no breakfast at all I need to ask the lady at the reception if there was any bread or coffee. She said the kitchen lady is late. But I want to give credit to her bec she put some breads out.

I liked that rooms were all inside, no doors outside to the public.

Parking lot a little bumpy, but nothing you can't handle
