Everything was cool. I really don't have any complaints about the place.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious.

The description stated that it was located next to the airport and that it had a shuttle. That was totally not the case. It was not close and had no airport shuttle. That was the whole reason we selected this hotel.

Advertised it had an airport shuttle. It does not! I was traveling by myself. When I arrived at my airport destination, I called to hotel for the shuttle service. I was told they didn’t have a shuttle service. This was the main reason I booked this hotel. Had to scramble and find a taxi at midnight. I was not very happy!!

The room was dirty, hair and blood in the bed. Musky room, smelled of smoke, pool was green. breakfast Beas sub par. will not be staying at this property again.

The heater barely got warm and the water never got warm. I had to wait until I got home to take a hot shower.

it have roaches in the tub, water leaking from the toilet, tub half clean, sink look half clean with paint on the faucet. In the room, all I heard was something clawing in the wall the whole stay. I thought someone was trying to break in. The walls look like a halfway unfinished job with paint coating it up. Overall, the worst Comfort Inn hotel that I ever experienced and will not never go back to that location never again.

I picked the hotel based on 2 things I needed; shuttle and breakfast. Found out that its shuttle service has not been used in awhile .... need to UPDATE website. After traveling like 22 hours (from overseas) .... and super tired, the last thing I needed to be worried about was the room itself. First room I was given smelled like smoke, went to the front desk and was given another room; which had a pleasant smell, but the sheets was not changed ..... had a red stain on one side of the bed. I was too tired after showering and get dressed just to go back and ask for assistance ..... just tried to sleep on the other side of the king size bed.
