although we had a confirmed disability room the only one available was a standard room. our friends room was to be non smoking. it wasn’t they did give a discount to try to compensate them.

Convenient location to the venue we were visiting.

Ceiling paint was peeling. Carpet was ripped. Luggage rack unusable, straps were missing. Television did not work. Staff made numerous attempts to correct they were unsuccessful. Hole punched in bathroom door. Stains running down bathroom wall. Room felt unclean and was in a state of disrepair Air conditioner was noisy and inconsistent. Other hotel guests were loitering outside their rooms, noisy into the night.

Cleaning bathroom was terrible not clean at all other people hair all in the tub and sink toilet was nasty flooring was dirty my socks turned black. Room was very dusty. Housekeeping kept knocking even though I had the don't disturb sign on the door.

I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. As soon as I entered the room, there were bags on the floor and the bed was unkempt. The front desk worker gave me another room, and was very friendly. However, the second room had gnats and bugs flying around.
