Not clean, bugs in room, pet areas dirty, trash on floor. I won’t stay again.

Floors thin. Could hear people walking upstairs.

The staff and availability

It was a man who was obviously mentally disturbed who stalked and harassed me and my children the entire time we were at the pool. He approached me in regards to my jewelry and when I ignored him he continued to pace back and forth the entire time until I had to take my children and leave and go to the front desk and complain. We returned to our room and the desk clerk called the room to apologize and said she had spoken with the other occupant who she reported lived at the hotel. I asked the desk clerk was it OK to return to the pool and she assured me it was safe to return to the pool. Upon me and my family returning to the pool the same man was there pacing back and forth as before. To make a long story short my stay here was ruined because me and my children felt threatened and did not enjoy our 4th of July vacation due to their occupant.

Some stains in room, mattress a little hard (for my tastes)

No TV. bed was uncomfortable, and the room smelled. I specifically put in the “accommodation notes” that the room was for the bride to be and to make sure the room was in perfect shape. But as I checked in that’s when they told me the only room left was with out a TV! Horrible night before my wedding.
