The location was awesome. It was away from the city area with no congestion or traffic.

The front desk clerk was not professional. It's inappropriate to ask,"What brings you here."? When looking at my gov't I.D. and seeing an out of state address, she should have given us a list of nearby food locations, the local mall, or upcoming events in the area. She did not make us feel "at home," and I would suggest proper training in customer service from headquarters. The front desk is the face of the company.

facility is new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall exceeded my expectation of what a 3 star suite would be.

Wifi is slow. Netflix is very slow and actually so slow that the subtitle doesn't show up timely. Breakfast could be better too.

Front desk staff was rude specifically Ashley. Was told they do not take Chime which is the only debit cards my fiancé and I were carrying. Offered no solution or any help at all and stood there staring blankly at us. Severe lack of customer service and incredibly frustrating experience. Will not be back because of this.
