Fit all 12 of us with no problem, plenty of room. House was beautiful. Everything was within 8-10 mins from house.

Property was what we expected, out of the way of OC bustle but close enough to get to whatever we wanted to do in 20 minutes or less. Home was nicely decorated and functional. Young folks enjoyed the community center and pool. A few of us did some fishing from the crabbing dock. Cleanliness could have been better, particularly bathroom (floors and tubs had hair) and the bed/mattress covers were dirty with some of them stained. Make sure to read fine print as bed linens and bath towels are not included but can be added as a option. Only other points I'd make are 1) There is a no shoes in the house policy, so bring some slip-on foot ware if you don't like bare feet 2) The house is built so that the front door enters the home at a landing that is halfway between the first and second floors. All the bedrooms except the Master are on the first floor. However there is no handrail down from the landing. That means anyone who is sleeping "downstairs" has to deal with the steps, no rail. I have a bad knee and two bad hips so that presented a problem for me. May not be a concern but something to be aware of. 3) Garage is not accessible for renters. The property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with.

This home is located in a development and there is no view of water/ bay from any room or balcony. On the main floor there is the kitchen, dining room and breakfast room along with the family room , powder room and master bedroom. Also there is an additional room that could have been used as a bedroom if it had a bed in it but it was empty. Down stairs you will find 4 bedrooms (2 are jack and jill sharing one full bathroom). Then there is one Queen size bedroom with it’s own bathroom and the last bedroom without a bathroom. The laundry room and backyard are on this level as well. There was a propane grill that needed to be cleaned prior to our use. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and and lots o supplies. The children enjoyed the toys in the evening. The use of the clubhouse came in handy on the rainy evening, we took the kids to the indoor pool to release some energy. Great family home.

We were in town for a wedding and the location to Assateague was perfect! We didn’t realize we needed to rent linens so make sure to do that ahead of time if need be. The owner helped us make sure we got the sheets we needed so it worked out. We’d stay again for sure!

We pulled up to this house and couldn’t believe how beautiful the neighborhood was. The house is beautiful and very big. We had a group of 12 and it fit us comfortably with lots of room. Andrea was very helpful and informative. Checking in and out went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this house!!

The house was pretty. However the description of the bedding sizes was unfortunately not accurate. There was one king bed, but there were no queens and the other beds did not seem like true full beds, but slightly larger twins. The location was great, but the WiFi was almost nonexistent. We literally had to stand in one spot in the house to make a call, and even then it was spotty. The host was nice enough, but it wails have been nice if we were given access to the elevator, because some of us on the trip had a hard time moving out stuff in. Overall a decent place.

Thank you, Andrea for your beautiful vacation home. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Andrea was excellent at communication before the check-in. She gave us a list of activities and locations to go to while we were in the area. That was so helpful. Her house is spacious, has beautiful decorations, and is in a great community. The kitchen is so well equipped with tools and gadgets. They have everything for you to prepare and cook your meals. I was so impressed with the kitchen and how meticulous and care Andrea provides to her guests. I like the house except for the internet connection was very slow. We could only use the internet/wi-fi very early in the morning; afternoon and evening time was so slow. If the house has faster internet access, that would be a perfect vacation home I would stay in every time I go to Ocean City.

This home was exactly what our family/extended family was looking for. There were 8 of us and had plenty of room to enjoy each other and also have our own space. Andrea was so easy to work with and helped us out when we were in a bind! Thanks so much for allowing us to use this property for our end of summer getaway!

Loved staying at this location. Close to Assateague Island, Ocean City and the local waterpark.

This home was very clean and spacious, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I had a party of 9 adults, 3 kids and we were more than comfortable. Great neighborhood, clubhouse and kayak access to the bay. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

The house was much larger than we expected! It accommodated our group of 9 perfectly. We did have a brief issue with the WiFi but it was resolved quickly. The house is about a 15 minute drive from Ocean City and was conveniently situated near attractions. The pool is now open guests which was great on days it was too hot to drive to the beach. Overall we had an amazing stay and we definitely would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay near Ocean City!

My group and I had a fantastic time at this property. The house is well equipped with Everything you need. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils. House was very clean and well kept. Andrea could not have been more helpful. We needed sheets and she dropped them off in no time. Thank you Andrea. Will definately be back!

Wonderful neighborhood

The house was beautiful and made our family gathering to be a wonderful experience. It was spacious, stunning, well equipped and a great location. Even in the off season, this house made our trip to be a wonderful success.

it was a great trip...the only thing was covid closed the resort community pools but we are supposed to be getting that refunded back... good location you have the choice of assateague or OCMD beaches

Nicely sized and comfortable property for two families with a total of 6 kids ages 3-12 in which to stay. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable which was great for cooking for a large crowd. Plenty of space for everyone. We would come back!

The home was beautiful and well equipped however the property manager did not advise us that the pools or playgrounds would be closed. I have MS and can not get in the ocean so staying somewhere with a pool is what we always do. My grandchildren 13, 8 and 5 were very disappointed as all of us were because when it was raining we couldn't do anything. No indoor pool and no game room and when the weather was nice not outdoor pool and no playground. I feel we were duped. If I had known the pools, playground and game room were closed we would have booked elsewhere. Property manager did not advise us of this situation not once and we emailed back and forth several times. This should have been mentioned at the time of booking. The house was beautiful and well equipped but the experience was ruined by the property manager not being upfront with the closures of the pools and such. We were having a scattering of my mothers ashes over the ocean and having these things open and available to us for which we paid for would have been a nice distraction.

This house was beautiful! Me and the other guests truly enjoyed being in O.C. We did go during Covid 19 so we could not partake in the indoor or outdoor pools, but the money was refunded immediately and we understood. The lake in the pictures was a little deceiving, but nonetheless did not disappoint! We would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay here! Kitchen was fully stocked. House was very clean. Master bedroom and bathroom are huge. It was only about 10 minutes from asateague beach if you leave early enough to avoid traffic and about 10 minutes to OC. Pretty easy drive to both. Andrea was very quick to respond with directions or whatever else I needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This house is beyond beautiful!! 11 of us went away for the weekend, and we could not have asked for better. Plenty of room to relax and hang out, while still being relatively close to the beaches. I would highly recommend booking a stay here!
