Room in poor condition. Stains on the bathroom walls. Floor molding in the bathroom missing. No TV channel line up in room. No guide button on remote. Was told there was no password for wifi so I am assuming it's not secure.

The property had visible damage that needed to be updated on the outside. The room we were given had stains in the tub and paint chipping in many areas of the room. The bed and bathroom was clean but there were cobwebs around the ceiling.

The bathroom sink was cracked. The shower drain rusty. Ac not working yet. Couldn't open window fresh air. Used fan. Entire time.

Mold all over the bathroom. In the tub. On the ceiling. Comforter had a urine stain on it. Bed wasn't cleaned that well. How I know? The previous guest had their to do list still sitting behind the pillows.

Can’t say there was much to like. Location was good and staff was friendly

Room needed major updating. Shower pressure was marginal and no exhaust fan worked. In looking at the ceiling in the washroom mold could be seen which did not leave a good impression. This is why I left a poor rating.

Breakfast and location were fine.

The heating was not good turn on the heat and it was fine, turning it down and everything got cold very fast. It wouldn't stay just warm. Either hot or cold. The pillows were very lumpy.

Room carpet dirty. Had an "oil" smell. Breakfast not as advertised.

I did not eat breakfast. The location worked very well for me. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The lighting was poor in the bathroom and sink area.

We didn’t actually get to stay there. There was an issue in the hotel and they didn’t have a room for us. The front desk staff was great about it. Comfort Inn got us a room in a neighboring hotel at no charge to us. Based on this I would definitely book at Comfort Inn again since they take care of their customers.

The property is an older facility.

We have stayed here a few times as my daughter goes to college in the area. And we will be using your location again in the future.

Spots of dark mold in ceiing anove shower. One electric outlet by bed not working. Small stain on sheet. Bed was too hard.
