If you need to stay near North Philly airport it is a decent hotel. The position is good and the rooms are nice and spacious and my room was clean. The staff is friendly

It is a really rough neighbourhood and the hotel guests are not the best crowd. You hear a lot of noise at night and the hotel staff does not really seem to check who goes in and out of the structure. Pretty expensive for this type of stay

Que la limpieza no fue como esperaba no limpiaban cuando tenía que limpiar y no rellenaban las cosas que se acaban como shampoo, jabón , acondicionador , vasos y toallas. Tuvimos que comunicarlo.

I was returning to the hotel at 2am, my room key wasn’t working at the entry door to enter the hotel, no staff and no one was answering the call button or telephone to let me in. I waited for 15 minutes for another guest to exit the hotel in order for me to enter.

It was a very nice place. The people were nice as well.

I did find a pair of ladies underwear in the room when we there. Bed was OK woke up stiff.

Room was clean and comfortable, good location, complimentary coffee in lobby

No pool. There used to be one here but for some reason it is not being used anymore. Big disappointment for my daughter!

The gal at the front asked for my ID so I gave it to her, she asked me my name so I told her and she had my ID and kept asking my name, there was a lad that was there and wouldn't help and was to worried about texting. They said they had breakfast when we came in and us and another guest asked what was for breakfast and we had to pay for all of it, for what I spent on breakfast there I could have had an actual breakfast that wasn't pre packaged food. I was thinking of coming back when we have our next trip to Philadelphia, but I don't think so.
