The breakfast was more like a stale bread/cereal bar. Coffee was good!

Evidently there were homeless people who were put up there in a hotel room to live through the city of St Charles? They like to drink a lot and there was an incredible amount of trash discarded by these people including booze bottles, cigarette butts, etc that littered the property at the back of the hotel where everyone went to smoke at night and get loud. Also the trash cans surrounding the property had not been emptied in ages so we're overflowing and there was a wasp nest growing in one of them! Saw a couple of abandoned cars in the lot as well. Flat tires and expired plates from out of state vehicles. Side door to the hotel was not secured at night at all. Very disappointed.

Everything was fine.

I received several emails saying that my card was declined at 9am. I'm not supposed too be charged until I arrive at 3pm. So the front desk tried to charge my card way before I got there.

Location was close to downtown

The room had a terrible smell. The bed was uncomfortable

Breakfast was subpar, not alot to choose from. From the looks of it, nobody ate at the hotel.

Ths smoking rooms were on the same floor as mine, ths hallway reeked of cigarettes.

Smells terrible, no type of ventilation system completely suffocating and smells like dirty animals and cigarette smoke. The carpets are filthy the bedding was scary looking and I booked it for the spa bath don't do that. Trust me stay away as far away from this place the owner was very rude as was his wife the place had piles of garbage along the hallways. Just awful and he wouldn't give me my money back and then he said I was only there for 10 minutes by the way and then he said he would charge me $50 and then he said he couldn't refund me back. The pool looks filthy it is nothing like the pictures stay as far away from there as you can! I would not put a morsel in food coming off of that property into my body... You can practically feel the roach presence 😝🤮🤢
