No one would clean room since house keepers next door but next knock on door. Seen bugs on wall in bathroom and furniture coming apart

Deborah at the front desk was amazing! Rest of the staff was top notch as well.

I loved the view it was awesome. Location was great! People mover was very nice to site see. Staff was super nice. I can not wait to revisit again.

I would have like for the shower to be bigger and to have a tub. Rooms should have microwave I felt like my husband and I wasted lots of food because we could not reheat properly.

We have stayed at this hotel.Many of times. We had a room with a great view, and a location is great, as it's right off the highway.They have started to renovate this hotel and make changes to the rooms which were greatly needed.Looks really nice now.They're still in the process but the room we had was upgraded.

They need to have additional mirrors in the room and the bathroom is rather on the small side,

When walking me through check in, the guy just asked for my card but didn’t tell me about the security deposit. I got a message about it so I knew but it still would have been nice to hear from him that the price didn’t change or anything

Pool jacuzzi and sauna were all very nice the jacuzzi could have been a little warmer but nowadays it's hard to find one at hotels so I was very pleased

The rooms were very nice the beds were also and the view was spectacular from the 22nd floor highly recommend that

The furniture particularly the room chair was dirty, stained and the fabric was raggedy on the ends…the carpet seemed dirty…

Gorgeous decor and what a view of Canada!! Check in was super easy. Latasha noted my birthday had been two days prior and she gave me a gift bag and a gorgeous room with a stunning view. The valet station was super swamped the next morning. Staff brought snacks and drinks to help tide us over during our wait.

Nothing everything was great

The staff was so pleasant and welcoming! It was in a great location downtown Detroit, we could walk everywhere we needed to go.

I wasn’t aware of the parking fee. The couch in the room was filthy. They gave us a handicap accessible room, I didn’t ask for that.

The rook was bigger than expected I think I got bumped up. The staff quickly checked me in & were polite, friendly & courteous. The Faygo and chips as little snack was an unexpected delight.

The outlets were few and far away from the bed. Also the lights (bed lamps & floor lamps) had only two settings extreme bright & off. Would’ve been nice to have something else since that was primary lighting in the space. Also there was weird brown stain on the bedroom window ledge.

Excellent location! A station for the people mover is less than a block away and Ford Field is a 20 min walk. LISA, goddess of the front desk, goes way above and beyond take care of any need you have. And even ones that you don’t know you have. She is the icon as described in the reviews.

Breakfast was overpriced at $14.99. It is buffet but limited.

Wifi wasn’t great- couldn’t use it. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Our friends car( parked in hotel) was broken into and the staff didn’t care or try to help. The second day the staff were better.

Great location! The staff was the best part. They were so friendly, accommodating and amazing. I’d stay here again just for that kind of service.
