There was NO data available anywhere. I wasnt even able to access my own data. Therefore, I couldn’t do work and wasn’t accessible to my family and business. The first night we had no heat in the room. They changed our room after 9:30pm after we committed 4.5 hours to get there. The new room had plumbing issues and we needed to call someone immediately

That they lock doors to the elevator after a certain time but my stay was excellent

Services doesn’t state the value Value not worth it No wifi no parking these are the common items who alk provide in their property but its a big hotel shame on marriot hotels chain

The building was nice. Booking.com messed everything up.

I did not like being charged twice and Marriott blaming Booking.com and then having no reasonable way to contact Booking.com.

Small room and beds sucked

Fantastic views!

For the price it would have been nice to have a spa area, free WiFi, and free breakfast. It is also a maze to get through the building and find the hotel and the parking garage. We also did not know how to get into the building by foot after hours. It would have been nice to have some explanation. Lastly, I was charged full price on booking.com and then AGAIN at the hotel. I expect a refund!

check in / check out / view was nice / staff was pleasant

The cleanliness of the room was a little disappointing after what we spent for two nights. We found an old pair of small rusted scissors in between the bed and the nightstand. A tag off of a piece of lingerie from the previous guest. However, the most disturbing item we found was an unidentifiable pill on the floor. Fortunately, we were not traveling with small children that could have ingested this.

The view was amazing and the breakfast was delicious also. The manager was helpful as well.

All the restaurants closed early.

Couldn’t check in until 4, didn’t even want to check and see if our room has been cleaned at that time. The shower wasn’t all that clean, for the price of $300/night I would have expected spotless, towels that had a weird bad scent. The a/c really wasn’t that strong

The view

The customer service. She gave us the room key and when we went to the room there was already a couple in the room. When i informed her she had an attitude about the whole situation

1. Proximity to Windsor where one member of the party had business. 2. Views from room. 3. Fitness Centre 4. Parking 5. Restaurants

Oh, my! One of the party missed critical business sessions because the hotel room door malfunctioned and had to be changed while we were on the outside. We couldn't get back inside for critical documents. We ultimately had to change room and got 'locked' in the parking lot. The car couldn't get out. It was a nightmare, unfortunately! Also, there was no pool on site and the premises were very difficult to navigate [signage needs improvement].

The flatbread was the best! It was a good quality product. I had wings and fries, a ceasera salad that was fresh. The bathroom was filthy & disgusting. It was blood on my comforter. House keeping needs a new manager!

The bathroom was filthy and atrocious. Their was a plane cookie wrapper under the toilet seat. That means it was not cleaned. The shower head was pointed up, which meant water seeped on the floor. EVERYWHERE! I had to clean my own bathroom with bleach wipes and my towels. No one was available to help me.

The view and the location were great!

The valet parking was full. The separate parking lot was very inconvenient. The architectural set up of this building is the atrocious! It took over 45 minutes just to get to our room, and then our key didn’t work so we had to return to the front desk after 45 minutes of hassle. It took just about the same amount of time to get out of the hotel back to the parking garage. Many guests were also struggling with how to get to where they parked. Signage is unclear and lacking. We will NOT be returning to this Marriott location again due to all this frustration. Also, we did not like that our toilet did not work.

Refused to give me the military discount that they offer then double charged my card for the room at check it with no way to get my money back except by disputing the charges with my bank which meant days before seeing a refund

Outstanding "care taker" at the fitness center !! The lady is phantasmic
