Location great, Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, friendly guest, late pool hours for adults.

Rooms need to be deep cleaned! Carpet cleaning, dusting high and low, especially vents. Housekeeping needs to carefully and thoroughly clean each room.

The location was very central to what we needed.

The rooms were dirty, especially the corners in the bathroom. The comforters on the bed were lumpy where the filling has bunched over multiple washes.

I really liked the friendly desk clerk. He was welcoming and engaging made us feel welcome.

Where do I Start! There were ants all over the air-conditioning unit, the bathtub was stopped up while we showering. The carpets are hideous and very dirty, The bed and the bedding was not very comfortable, I was attending my granddaughters graduation. So, I was looking for a decent place to stay near the highway so the location was great. The door had to be slammed shut. I wanted to complain to the clerk, however, I felt there was nothing he could do. So this is my complaint

Clean Easy to access from highway

There was a family that looked like they were living there, possiblefriends withor related to the man working the feont desk. From about 6 pm when I checked in until about 1130pm the kids were running up and down the halls yelling and screaming, the adults were talking and yelling loudly in the halls as well, and their door was banging every few minutes throughout the night. Didn't get much sleep and checked out early. Don't stay here unless you are a heavy sleeper and can tolerate the excessive noise

Breakfast was great! We enjoyed the food. Everything was had was delicious. We needed more towels in the room and we were able to get extra. Quiet place.

At night, there were a lot of sugar ants in the bathroom.

Front foyer was very inviting.

The property needed much updating. A little run down.

The front dest guy was polite and patient, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

The beds were comfy & it was in a decent location.

There were ants crawling all over my night stand, the wifi didn't work & there was hardly any breakfast because the person responsible for that kept getting mad and slamming things instead of ensuring everyone had food.

The staff was great,any thing I needed they got me.

No gym ,had to keep reconnecting the wifi the signal was weak and the room was a little bit smaller than I am use to. And didn't like the tub stopper whd to put a towel in the tub to take a bath,and the fan in the bathroom didn't work

Breakfast was just fine. Good coffee.

The $100 deposit for services that they don't even offer. That in addition to paying fully for the room at check-in. And was told that it would take 5 to 7 days before the deposit returned to my card. Waited 20 minutes for someone to appear to check me in after ringing bell several times. This was in afternoon not middle of night. then reception desk person said my credit card rejected and asked for a different one. The original credit went through. Fortunately I was not charged on the second card.

Found a crack pipe tucked under the sheets, no towels in the bathroom, hair on the sheets and bed. Plus multiple stains.

beds were hard, room had finish falling off of the ceiling. it looked really outdated and needed to be spruced up.
