I liked the space and the value.

It was occupied mostly by people that stay there for work alot and linger in areas. It didn't feel safe completely even though it was Northville/Novi. But not too bad. Also the floor was dirty and there was a big boot print left on my floor when I got there. The bed was broken on one corner and the one outlet did not work and there was a bunch of junk under the bed. It was a short stay so I didn't care.

We got there and saw only three other cars in the parking lot. We walk in and the girl on desk said they had overbooked and did not have our room waiting for us. I had called a week ago to confirm we had a room and they had told us "yes". This was very much uncalled for!

Location was good. Price was good.

The room set up is way wrong but we was there to sleep not watch tv. The tv is facing the bathroom between the 2 beds so theres 2 beds but 1 tv that you have to turn it totally away from 1 person for another to watch it.. There wasnt much to eat. 2 kinds of muffins and bags of oatmeal. No cereal or yogart. Something simple even fruit would be good but none. There wasnt everything to drink but tea and coffee. No juice. No pool. But they have people living there so this maybe why they dont have any of this stuff. There was 1 lady that lives there, took the coffee pot up to her room. She told us that. 2 out of 3 rooms the toilet plug up and when I told her, she gave me a plunger and said you have to do it yourself.

Breakfast was until 9 30. They would not make any more coffee after 8 45. They had to remove all the muffins due to mold

It,was a little outdated but still very pleasant.

The room was accomodating; I am grateful for the services of the Day manager, who resolved an issue I was having.

The condescending attitude of the desk clerk Eric. I believe I was treated with bias, compared to how I observed him with other customers. Also, the selection of TV channels was very limited and unineresting...
