I don't think this hotel should even have gotten a one. They should have got a zero! I would not recommend anybody to stay here ever. I usually don't give bad reviews. They were roaches everywhere in the room. There were so many roaches but after being on the road for 18 hours straight I needed to lay my head down. Obviously they're not going to give a refund they did not even care they were roaches. When I spoke with the front desk she knew there were roaches and confirmed it. The housekeeper started disturbing everybody at 9:00 when check out his 11. She opened my door and looked in at me. Completely unacceptable! Her and the other loud housekeeper we're talking to each other outside of everybody's rooms yelling back and forth instead of walking up to each other. Completely unacceptable. I stay in hotels 90% of the time because of my job and I will never stay in that one again.

The roaches! They knew they had roaches and didn't think it was a big deal. The housekeeping.

Parking was sketchy strange men at their vehicles.

I didn’t like it because I had a reservation and when I got there it wasn’t available! They tried to push me into another room that wasn’t wheelchair accessible!

I stayed at this hotel after traveling from oregon, i dont know anyone in this town other than family. A bounty hunter banged on my door demanding that I was harboring a criminal, showed me a picture of him and claimed the fugitive gave my room number and name to their friend and the bounty hunter got ahold of it. the front desk let him into my room and then accused me of doing the same claiming he has "seen us with him the night before" (never seen this man in my life) This was one of the most distressing situations I've ever been in and I did not feel safe for the remainder of my stay. I would like to speak to someone about a refund.

The lady that works nights is great! She was bery welcoming and accommodated any issues that arose. I will definitely stay here again.

it was close to food

There were drug deals going on, people who used drugs walking around, and people using drugs out in the open. The bathroom was not clean at all, there was blood on the half empty toilet paper roll, and the shower had hair everywhere. The room did not smell good at all. There was burns in the blanket and ashes (I’m assuming) was on the sheets. When I asked for a different room, I was denied.

I like the staff and rates. They have tried to improve the older building some.

The location; but thank God we have a Motel 6 in the area !
