The staff were all friendly and made sure we had a great stay. The room was clean, and the breakfast was fresh and hot!

Very beautiful hotel and breakfast was pretty good!

We only had one hiccup which was the first room we were in the AC didn’t work. But after calling and telling front desk they were able to move us rooms!

Room was ok except I was given a handicap room. But over all the room was ok.

The staff couldn't get the price right. I was charged 172.00 on my card extra which it shows I'm getting credit. Plus 20.00 incidental fee which I have not gotten credit for. The coffee you have is the worst I have ever tried. Couldn't even drink it. The taste literally made me gag. I was there last year at this time but I thought the coffee might be better this year but it was just as bad. I normally don't do surveys but your staff doesnt seem trained properly and coffee is a problem.

Tv wasn’t working and kept asking to help with and was told they would come up but never did and there was a noise coming from the bathroom. The young lady that was there when I checked out was really rude. I knew that I wouldn’t get a refund for the day I checked out due to needing the room for Sunday night until Monday at 3 pm. I was fine with paying for the 2 night but she processed to tell me at check out” your not getting a refund for the day ” in a very ugly way. I told her I knew and I wasn’t asking for it. When leaving I told her to have a great day but she turns around and walks away.

Everyone was very pleasant

Price to high and TV didn't work. Maitance work on it, finily came on and 15 minutes it went off.

Good location, large room, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast setup.
