only one very slow elevator for 4 floors of rooms!! was a struggle with my animals, because not everyone wants to ride in a tiny elevator with two large dogs.

they add a 50 dollar fee for incidentals that if unused is not credited for 3-5 business days. this is not disclosed until they give you the bill at the desk

Everything was good. Suite was spacious and had plenty of room for the four of us. Gated parking available. Room was quiet. Fitness center was adequate for what I needed. Meal choices were good and gave us plenty of options.

Pool is heated, but a little disappointed that the hot tub jets were not working. Mattress was a little too soft for me but seemed fine for spouse.

Location was good. The people were friendly and helpful. Very clean and clean is important.

I arrived around 5:30 and surprised that dinner was available. It saved me a trip going back out for dinner after a long day's trip. There were ample items to choose from such as salad, pulled pork, hot dogs, chicken noodle soup and tortillas with cheese and peppers. Breakfast items included waffles, cereal, pastries, grits, eggs, fried potatoes, sausage and juice. which was more than enough for any type of diet and to prepare for the day ahead.

The wait time for the elevator was a bit long and with it being small should have restricted the number of people on at one time.

The comfy beds and food.

The decor in the rooms was VERY outdated.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was wonderful. Dinner meal and a breakfast meals were delicious (and unexpected... I had stayed here once before but did not remember they served an evening meal:) This is the most amazing place to stay and a great value (don't get that ever in today's economy). Loved everything about our stay! I will always stay here when I have opportunity.

Everything was wonderful... don't have even one thing to change. Totally 100% perfect!!

I think people lived there do to the free food. 4 story hotel and one elevator.
