This hotel was clean, conveniently located and very comfortable.

Parking was a little tight with the close proximity of another hotel.

Close to Kings Island.

Side doors don’t work for re-entry. you have to always go to the front. Paid for a room with air conditioning. it didn’t work. had a fan in room. I was told the air did blow but wasn’t cool that’s why they put a fan in the room. offered a second fan and stated they had no other rooms. front desk finally helped and got us another room but acted mad cause we questioned it being 80 degrees in our room. couldn’t call the front desk cause phone in room didn’t work. had to call from the cell phone. Room is somewhat pricey but no breakfast. and they add a deposit on after you show up that isn’t included in the payment you were quoted.

The location was great for our stay. We were in town for a youth sports tournament. Our family of 5 and fur pup stayed comfortably in the room. We were even able to plan and prep meals for the stay. It was the perfect space for our family weekend sports getaway.

Breakfast is not provided as it is advertised. The pool is definitely not heated, although I weathered the storm for my adamant 3yo son. There were leftover dirty towels in our bathroom, missed on the back of the door upon our check in. All of the entrances don’t function properly allowing guests easily in and out of the building.
