My room wasn’t clean, the pool was shut down and the free amenities were not fully usable based on our competition times.

Brand new room! New dining area! Staff is so friendly & attentive!

I loved the location to the music venue and the evening dinner and drinks!

Lots of construction going on during our stay. I didn't like that you have to pay for parking.

Excellent customer service! Even with the construction in the lobby my stay was very quiet and restful. Bed was very comfortable! The food options for FREE breakfast and dinner were great!! Staying at another Drury in August and I am very excited!

Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Food was disappointing. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. After being told renovations would be finished before we arrived they weren’t - the pool was closed on the day we could use it and lots of noisy disruptive works were still ongoing. A discount should have been given OR we shouldn’t have been told works would be finished!! We would have booked elsewhere.

The pool wasn't open which is understandable because they are renovating. When we stayed there a month ago it was open and they had an amazing indoor/outdoor pool. It was a great feature for Ohio so I am hoping they don't change it too much!

Very spacious and beautiful room and view!

There were so many smaller children in the pool and hot tub area running around and throwing balls that it was hard to enjoy the amenities. While my daughter and I were in the hot tub, there were at least 6 smaller children with floaties in there throwing a ball back and forth. One spilled my daughters drink. Then after we left around 11pm, a random person knocked on our door and ran away 3 times.

Very nice, new king room. Breakfast was standard free hotel breakfast. Location good for hockey arena.

The hotel was under reconstruction which we were unaware of until arrival. Staff said there would be a little noise from 8 AM till 5 PM. WRONG!! The noise level from our room sounded like a jack hammer was in the room above us. Grossly intolerable.

I love Drury it's my go to anywhere I travel. I was going to a bluejackets game and it's just a small walk from the arena

Construction was annoying but the new rooms are fantastic
