The bed was amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and comfortable.
The location is odd and extremely difficult to locate in the dark. There are no clear indications regarding guest parking other than the location of the valet.

Close to the venue for my daughter’s dance competition.
Parking garage. My car was broken in to along with 31 other cars. I had personal property stolen. We had to travel 2 hours home with plastic on our window. The sound was loud and obnoxious and the air was cold. Not a nice ride home.

The scent machine in the lobby is powerful and strong - caused an allergic reaction after being in the lounge area for about an hour.

Wonderful location within walking distance Main St, Market St, Station St, Chattanooga Choo Choo etc. Extremely close to Ruby Falls. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. The shower was very relaxing as well! Friendly & accommodating staff. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Valet service was wonderful and friendly as well. We visited with the intention of exploring the area within walking distance BUT you could honestly visit The Chattanoogan Hotel and never have to leave the property with so many options on site!
I guess the only thing I was not 100% satisfied with is lack of information regarding hotel parking and pricing for parking online. We were not the only ones arriving unaware of accurate information for both self parking and valet parking.

The hotel location was very convenient to walk to restaurants. Our room was wonderful and we loved the comfortable mattress and pillows. Beautiful property and facilities with kind and helpful staff.

No buffet breakfast…limited selection on dine in breakfast…lifts were extremely slow…room didnt have hair dryer…rang customer service few times but never answered…

The shower
The bed. No microwave for the price of the room. No vent in bathroom. 3rd shift front desk clerk rude..told me I was stupid for not reading the books he did. Rate for room is ridiculous. This is supposed to be a higher end of the Hilton hotels. This one was at best subpar. Most staff was rude and inattentive.
Good that happened. When checking in. The 2 clerks were super helpful and patient.

The spa, and the staff! The aesthetic of the whole hotel, "that we were able to see" was gorgeous. We especially loved the artwork. We liked the style of the modern bathroom fixtures.

the rooms are not well insulated and you can hear all sorts of noises in the hallway, we even blared a brown noise app and were still woken up many times from odd noises

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice, clean and had a huge TV in it. The rooftop bar and other facilities are really nice. Beautiful hotel. We walked everywhere we went. Front desk was very professional. My second stay here.
The TV kept returning to the guide screen on its own which made it hard to watch. There were no wash rags in the bathroom and the complimentary shampoo and body wash were almost empty.
