Everything was so beautiful! They provided water bottles and cookies which was so nice. The room had shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and soaps. The room was absolutely beautiful and the layout was so nice. I loved the spacious desk area and all the lighting which made working on my computer a great experience. The sheets and pillows were so comfortable, I would buy them for my own house.

The hot tub water looked like it needed to be cleaned, but it was still a very beautiful pool and hot tub area.

They did not have a room available that matched our reservation and initially put us in a room that didn’t have enough beds. Our second room had a broken toilet, water stains and peeling sheet rock on the ceiling. Third room was okay but heating/cooling unit was broken.

our room was awesome. it had 2 comfortable queen beds and a sitting area with its own separate tv the lobby was spacious with helpful and kind employees

the pool it was cold the pool room was cold and the hot tub was like a like warm bath

Someone had done a bad patch job on the ceiling above the sofa (which looked filthy) The patched section looked unfinished and unsightly. Same in the shower area in the bathroom.

They have a mini snack/convenience store open 24hrs, the room looked nice and besides the bed, was comfortable, check out is noon.

Even with the air conditioner turned all the way down it barely cooled off the room. The bed and pillows were horrible, I've never slept so horrible in my life. The pillows were flat the bed was stiff. Our remote guide button did not work. Whenever we had to go outside we had to pass the bar/lobby area which was uncomfortable since I wanted to be in my lounge wear.

Location is a little far from things. Beds are comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Nice big snack area, flavoured water & coffee always available. Restaurant & bar was a nice bonus. Very nice hotel.

We had a neighbour above us with very heavy feet that was running marathons until 2am. On our last morning housekeeping was banging on our door at 10am and attempted to come in. Tried again at 10:30. Checkout is not until 11am. Also smelled like weed in the hallway on our floor.
