Small rooms, not even clean.. Expensive parking and poor breakfast.

the property is located right next door to a homeless shelter and there is not parking for the hotel, you have to walk blocks sometimes.

I was nervous about staying in the city but it felt very safe.

Bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and location was great

I chose the place because there was breakfast but it was very poor breakfast. I would have preferred to save a bit of money in accommodation to be able to pay for a proper breakfast.

the bed felt amazing

rooms are closets, makes me feel like I’m in the nicest rehab, but it’s still a rehab .. so pretty bad . no towels . not very clean, and do not, I repeat. DO NOT ORDER, ORDERIN ROOM SERVICE ITS A HIGHWAY ROBBERY FOR GARBAGE . Unseasoned and old .

the property is suitable for a single guy having a short trip without his family, the price is reasonable. staff is good especially Emani and Alaneen, do not worry about some of the visitors comments about the homeless, they are all around the city, but slightly more near the hotel, but I did not face any unsafe conditions the location is near Chinatown and 10 minutes walk to market street.

The staff could not be faulted. The room and bed were comfortable. Convenient location for food shopping. Great location for the convention centre.

The hotel is in need of an upgrade and the list of "house rules" is off-putting but understandable given the location. The hotel is across from the rear of the convention centre where there are a lot of rough sleepers and so the area did not feel safe. Tourist attractions and restaurants are not nearby.

Did not feel safe due to the surrounding environment. A dispute with another person staying at the hotel was not handled properly by a different staff member causing the person to pull the fire alarm around midnight causing everyone staying to panic and exit the building. Additionally, because of that the elevator stopped working and we had to use stairs with all.our belongings from the 5th floor. I did not sleep that night. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Would not recommend
