The property is well located near the reading market terminal. The buildings are clean and spacious and everything looks luxurious. The beds are comfortable and they have a lot of pillows.

The staff was often rude and dismissive during check-in and when we had other questions. it was a very hot day and we were denied access to the pool in the establishment when we arrived because check-in needed to be done later. Many other hotels allow you access to the facilities while you wait for your check in and this is just subpar treatment. I attended a conference at the location and the food was very poor quality with low variety and barely any taste. The shower had very poor water pressure and the water would only come out burning hot, which is not ideal for the summer. As per Marriott standard, they also require you to have a Marriott Bonvoy account to access the Internet and even when you create the account, the website is very confusing making it seem like you're going to be charged for using the Internet. Overall, they charge a premium price and do not deliver premium quality of service or experience in their hotels. I will definitely avoid Marriott in the future.

La climatisation et système de ventilation dans notre chambre (4407 et 9936), située dans l’annexe du Marriott, soit dans le Convention Center. Malgré avoir éteint la climatisation, un bruit de ventilation continue et très dérangement persiste dans la gaine de ventilation de l’hôtel, lequel est fortement audible au vu de l’air qui pénètre dans la chambre par la grille. La nuit c’est insupportable. De plus, ne pouvant stopper cette arrivée d’air, il fait très froid dans la chambre, malgré trois jours sur place avec la climatisation éteinte. Le jour de notre arrivée, le soir avant d’aller se doucher, nous nous sommes aperçus que la douche ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû changer de chambre (no 9936). Avec trois enfants, c’est pas agréable de tout déplacer à 2300. Aucun mot d’excuse, pas de compensation, pas de geste commercial par du personnel à l’accueil des plus antipathique.

売店でお酒買おうとしたら、IDを出せと言われて売ってもらえなかった。 後で調べたらパスポートでよかったのでそう言ってくれればよかったのに。

Das Hotel ist ein typisches Kettenhotel Downtown Philadelphia. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer für 4 mit Doppelbetten gebucht. Achtung: das ist nicht Queensize sondern deutlich kleiner. Konnten für einen kleinen Aufpreis umbuchen. Die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert! Parken "around the corner" auf deutlich günstigeren Parkplätzen - aber immer noch teuer - möglich.

Selbst nach Bezahlung hat die Freigabe des Deposits mehr als 5 Tage gebraucht. Bei den Beträgen hat uns das kurz in Cash Schwierigkeiten gebracht! Das haben wir bei anderen Hotels anders erlebt - Zahlung und keine 2h später Freigabe des Deposits. Scheint eher ein Marriott als ein spezifisches Problem des Hotels zu sein.

It was close to the venue we were going too.

The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was not clean, here was black stuff all in the shower . It smelled like Cigarettes smoke. The parking and entrance were so backed up and you had to sit on the road for a long time before even being able to pull into get to the front door .

I liked the location. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the staff was nice.

Breakfast is $30 per person and the same price for children, which I find outrageous. The hot water didn’t work in the evening, so we couldn’t shower before bed (it was fixed by morning). Then the next day, the WiFi didn’t work. It’s just very basic things that ended up not working properly and the staff was nice, but didn’t offer any type of compensation voluntarily. (When I directly asked for compensation, I received some reward points). I’m supposed to get a refund (as I overpaid for the room due to a change of dates), which they gave me and then took back a day later. Still waiting for that to get resolved. We asked the bartender if he could make an Aperol spritz and he was very confident about this, but then just mixed aperol and club soda without adding the Prosecco. My husband couldn’t bring himself to tell him he’s wrong and just bought an extra glass of Prosecco (so that’s our fault for not addressing it right away). It wouldn’t be a big deal, since it’s more of a European drink, but the price of everything at the hotel makes me expect more than what we got.

The room was filthy. The towels had been used, the bathroom had toothpaste in the sink and the counter was dirty. All surfaces needed to be wiped down. Hair and stains in the beds.

We love that it connects to the convention center which was where our cheerleading competition was held.

It was the perfect location for attending the Flower Show! It will be my choice next year as well! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking is pricey, but I don't live in an area where you have to pay for parking very often.

The location was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. I think it could be cleaned up a little more in the rooms. Ours was not the cleanest, but it was not the worst lots of dirt behind the beds. We went to use the pool and it was so cold we could not swim, that was a bummer as we have two younger kids and it was New Year’s so that was our plan after our dinner. The room could be warmer where the pool is and the water .

The elevators were slow, it took at least 15 minutes and i was on the 15th floor. My Uber left me. My room was in an awkward spot where i got no signal. Missed phone calls and had absolutely no data unless i went to the lobby. The mirror in my room was broken propped up against the wall

I tough I make the reservation with breakfast but after the checkin they said the breakfast was not included.

The alarm start to make a noise at 1:30am and was really annoying, all building was in alert, I know is for our security but I take my mom there and was kind of annoying because take a long time and the hour. Just that was the only bad or uncomfortable situation.

The bed was great.

We were first given a room that had a drain-flies infestation. Took a video of the issue. The Manager said she will have this fixed. Then, we came back to our room only to find that the infestation was worse and there was a foul smell. We were moved to another room that was larger. The new room had a pair of socks and food crumbles in a corner of the room. :-(

Lots of homeless and drug addicts spend the day directly outside the hotel, so expect a bit of hassle. Very busy, large and impersonal hotel, though the breakfast staff were very friendly.

Great location. Staff was so helpful and allowed for an early checkin so that my parents could get situated: It is easily accessible to all the major attractions.

The only complaint I have is that when I pulled back the curtain of my room to sit in chit and have snack, I saw other people’s hair on the sill, which had depth of 6-8”. It hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed. I know cleaning hotels is a huge job, and I can appreciate that, but that was gross.
