There was nothing good about the stay here
Everything!! I checked in around 10pm it took about 10 minutes for the agent was on his laptop not paying attention, And as we was checking out the person came from the back just waking up. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The room was real nice
The blankets had burt holes in them the sheets towels and pillow cases were dirty every time we got one the tv went out then the remote stop working the 2nd day we was there

Close to Ft. Gregg Adams, easy on and off highway.
Continental breakfast would be nice to have, even with single serve selections and plastic and paper products.

Room smelled of cigarettes, bed hard, tv was crooked like the stand was broken, furniture was dirty, no channel guide for TV, room phone was broken..

the was a hole in the sink the bathroom door didnt lock there was no dead bolt was missing the smoke smell was really bad stain in the tub the remote for the tv was broke the orange juice was water down

The staff didn’t smile or offer greetings. Several times when I entered or exited through the lobby no one was there. The toilet in the room was not secured to the floor. on the last night of my stay, there was no hot water when I tried to shower. The sofa was broken on one end and couldn’t be used. I didn’t report the toilet or couch during my stay because I was too busy to do with the hassle of getting it fixed.

The room was not as clean as I prefer. when I arrived, The front desk employee was asleep and not friendly at all. The bathroom was covered in mold. I also had to wash my feet before I got into bed and before I put my socks and shoes on because the floor was so dirty. The floor was a peel and stick vinyl flooring and there were pieces that would lift up and stick to my feet as I walked over them.

Everything was good up until breakfast! Room clean & comfortable!!
Breakfast was to be served until 9:30am & I went down before 9am and there was NO breakfast at all - only coffee! Huge disappointment.
