Breakfast was wonderful -- 2 options to choose from and both were delish and filling. Loved the West End location as well.

The bed could have been better. Didn't bother my husband, but it kept creaking every time I moved and waking me up.

The AC is too loud.

The location is fabulous and the manager Milon made our stay phenomenal!! he was very attentive without being intrusive and helped us with best places to eat and exploring Portland . the inn is comfortable and incredibly clean.

stairs to room are steep but manageable.

Beautifull house, very friendly and welcoming inn-keeper and really nice breakfast. Also really liked the wine-machine and the games that were available to play in the living room area

I wasn't aware of the bathroom not being connected to the bedroom (room 3) but being in another room. Bathropes were provided however the house is old and has creaky floors and jammed doors so going to the restroom at night wasn't very comfy because we didn't want to wake any other quests. Also the bathroom could use an update. For next time I should have booked a king room because the queensize bed felt really small to us so it wasn't super comfortable. For the rest the house was simply lovely so as the in-keeper(s) and breakfast.

The innkeeper gave us a priceless recommendation for dinner, The hotel is old-fashioned charming, very clean and well-kept. The room was slightly more compact than medium and spotless. The location near town was excellent. The neighborhood was also nice.

We had a 3rd floor room and the stairwells were long and steep.

service, environment, breakfast all excellent. location a short walk into central Portland which we enjoyed. great city.

worth noting there is no lift and steep stairs ( our room was on the third floor). no problem with storing our luggage on the ground floor and inn keeper very helpful. limited parking at the inn, so on street parking could be required.
