The privacy
I liked everything, I have no complaints.

It was close to a lot of things, like the mall grocery store, bars , the bowling alley. And super close to Monarch arcade.
What I didn’t like about the property is that I stayed here for three days and there was no cleaning service for our room so there was a lot of built up trash.

Everything about my staying there was wonderful except for the security guards that they employed that was disrespectful rude and really out of line
The very young insecure with an inferiority complex here security guard he was very disrespectful unfriendly I am a disabled young man hopefully and get some better training thanks to become a very nice man.

Well I had booked for check in at 11:00am.then arriving and being told that check in is at 3:00pm. I also booked online for a non-smoking room.i have a child with asthma. The room next to me or across from me was smoking weed which was seeping into our room.I went up to front Desk to let the young lady know about my situation, to only be told that she has lysol for the smell.so I mentioned that the room that I paid for is non-smoking and I have a child with asthma. Then to only be asked who checked me in?I replied you where here when I checked in.so I asked her to follow me backed to my room so that she can smell it for her self.and she said oh it's the room next to you.still all night!! My daughter had was suffering!!if you book non-smoking, which was displayed on every door number down the hall! Like come on that's what I paid for!!and fir front Desk to make it seem like that's my problem is just so unprofessional. Oh and for the morning bonus the was no creamer no snacks ,nothing! I really picked this hotel so my kids could could get up in the morning for a small breakfast that was advertised!be by 7:30 am all there was black coffee....

who ever was the nice young lady who worked 10/29 around 6pm, she was super sweet! that was my first time staying there and she explained everything thoroughly and with a super sweet and nice attitude! i will definitely be using this hotel again. :)

Room had 3 queen beds, that was only reason we stayed there after checkin, we were tired after long work day so we just crashed there
It was horrible, half of light bulbs were bad not working, some light swiched were broken, and had drywall patches everwere, it was so bad i didn't even take a shower

This was the filthiest, untogether, disappointment (esp. disappointed with booking.com for not helping with getting me a refund and most important they never even answered my messages about my horrible room, even though they messaged me saying one of their staff would get back with me within 24 hours) Lies.

To be honest maybe the rate. In all actuality that isn't a key factor though. Friendly Staff.
Pool was down, fitness facility was down if this was the case they should be letting you know before reserving the room. People were outside my window yelling the cops came woke me up. Next time I could go stay some place else for $20 more a night but have all the facilities available.

dirty rug, dirty fallen curtains. broken coffee maker, smelly room, sketchy scary people in other rooms.

all light switches were beyond filthy! the sink
was plastered together since it was broken in 4 large pieces! First thought it was blood splatter by the bed but it was red candle wax. The lamp was broken also poorly glued together!
The couch was so uncomfortable when you sat down you sunk into it where your knees are up to your chest- lol!!
Room 409 should be condemned! $132!
I told the front desk person That I know I am not the first person to state how horrific this room was and that they should be ashamed! They looked down and could not look me in the eyes.

Roaches filthy rooms missing smoke detectors room key failed 4 times after activation elevator didn’t work dirty hallways homeless at back entrance lurking/sleeping Security had to use master key to let me in and I was trapped in my room from 7pm to 9am with no room phone as well. cooking ware pots/pans were not available for use all taken.

smelled like smoke and weed, trash all over the parking lot, people arguing outside, loud gunshot noise in the middle of the night
