Nothing though nothing special, just Nobu the name but full dissapointment

Bar and restaurant close at 14:30 and 22:00 and no service after. They are working like solo restaurant and bar but nowhere to have some time for hotel guests in between. I had to make a zoom meeting out of the room since my son was sleeping. But showed me nowhere to sit in front of reception I had a meeting. When you are checking in no information nor the hotel or the room given. They close the bar everyday for special events. They never mind the hotel guests. Never stay there. Many nicer places with half price that you can have decent service for better stay. I had stayed at Marbella Nobu before which was nice but this one is total dissapointment…

room is small and basic. frankly not worth the price. toiletries were ok and not everything was well thought through in the room

location great close to all good restaurants.

the reception staff didn’t seem to be too keen. I had a flight delay and didn’t get there till 2am. check in staff didn’t seem to know our room rates. when I checked with the reception the next morning, still encountered issues with room charges.

Great location, pleasant Japanese / Nobu typical design and of course Nobu food on site :-)

The rooms tend to run a bit small.

Beautiful styling

No wall plugs close to bed, missing pillows in room and had to call twice, also had to call twice for ice as no one showed up. When someone did, they brought the wrong item and didn’t speak English to understand was an error. Services were not 5* although was a beautiful clean hotel.

light, airy , clean and very chilled atmosphere. staff were excellent and helpful .

unfortunately, the glazing is not sufficiently isolating from the street’s noise.

Great location, excellent restaurant in the hotel, gym equipment is new and includes peloton bikes, super clean. Excellent complimentary coffee in the morning. The Japanese toilets in the room were a really nice touch. Super close to Cal Trans as well as free Marguerite shuttle to access the Stanford campus.

At this price point, I just expected more: daily housekeeping came but would forget little things like replenishing the water or note paper. No turn down service. Light control was a little annoying as the “wake”Function would automatically open the drapes as well turn on lights. Then you’d have to do to another switch to lower drapes again. View from the room was the alley. Garbage trucks come early on Saturday morning and are quite loud, at least from my room—-maybe need some thicker glass. Only 1 elevator so sometimes had to wait several minutes to get to your room. Water in the shower took a few minutes to get hot, resulting in a lot of wasted water. Can’t adjust the shower head so stuck with just the sensation of needles hitting your body. Also, there’s no seating/furniture on the balcony.
