The apartment was clean and had a great view of the beach. There was plenty of storage space for clothes. The kitchen was well equipped. The pools were really nice, not too busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. It was nice to have a private bed with umbrellas and seating. The staff were accommodating when we needed to extend our stay (as our flight was cancelled).

We would've expected the sofa beds to have been made up for our children to sleep in when we arrived. The air conditioning motor and washing machine were particularly noisy. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable (but once I complained, they were replaced). The apartment only has thin white blinds / curtains, so it gets very light once the sun rises.

Great views, very clean, well stocked kitchen, polite staff at front desk. Very accessible beach, and my kids loved the pool.

Some additional seating in the living room - even for a family of four, there was just 1 couch and a single chair. Very limited place to relax together as a family in the evenings. Some lotion in restroom.

The view was amazing. No obstructions; the view is over looking the beach and looking down into the pool. Large floor to ceiling windows to let in the light and soak in the view. There are chairs and a table outside on the covered balcony. Very easy access to the beach (two free beach chairs and 1 umbrella- first come first serve basis). There is a free "trolly" (a small bus) that stops feet from the door- the trolley takes you to south beach. South bound direction on the trolly is just one street up. There is a large grocery store/liquor store walking distance from the building, restaurants and stores nearby. The place has a washer and dryer - which came in very handy. I am assuming the building is a condo/apt that people rent their places out of. The front desk peeps are very nice- but it is not a regular hotel- no extra towels and they do not have anything to do with the rooms other than giving out the keys.

The tub wasn't the cleanest when we arrived - the smallish tub/shower has a glass wall (not a sliding glass door) shielding the front of the tub so it isn't the most convenient to clean, turn on and off the water. The living room's aesthetics were very pretty, but to be honest the sofa was not very comfy. But, we weren't inside much to make much of a difference. And lastly, at night the place is pretty dark; the place needs more lamps/light.

View was just beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get us into our room earlier than the usual 4:00 pm check in time.

I made this vacation trip last minute and for some reason I made it for over a week and we wanted to leave early but there was no refund policy which I didn’t like, but oh well.

My partner and I decided to try this place out due to the apartment sizes and location. They had nice set ups and a nice beach. Enjoyed the workout room along with their sort of lounge/game room. Very nice public showers/pool/jacuzzi. They’re valet was on top of their game. The rooms came with silverware, pots, pans, etc. nice welcoming gifts when you arrive.

The receptionists there are horrible. What happened to me there was I had found an ocean front apartment and I wanted to book it but before I was going to I wanted to see the room in person. So as I saw the availability we went inside and I informed the female receptionist I wanted an ocean front apartment. She stated there was not any available. I informed her that I saw online there was. After a moment went by with her on her computer I refresh my phone and looks like she had taken it off booking and it stated not available. So either way we proceeded to look at the rooms for future reference. After viewing the 2/3 rooms due to the other receptionist forgetting and not wanting to show us the last room we called it quits. Asked the female waitress if there was any availability for the following day. She stated no. So we left the place and I went back online and found an oceanfront one available for the following day for a week and booked it. Booked it for ALOT less than the prices she tried pushing earlier. On top of that I had noticed parking was included with the stay and when we had asked her before hand she stated it would be $20 a day even with a reservation. It wasn’t until I pulled up the booking info where it clearly states parking is included was it when she took it back and agreed. Needless to say it was constant careless effort in their part to try to provide good hospitality considering I’m paying $400.00 a night there for a place that has nothing to offer than a nice view and nice room. Also the Wi-Fi in our room was working probably 3 hours out of the whole day for some reason. As well as the heater didn’t work when it was needed a couple days that it got to 57 degrees in the rooms. I saw constant pets around the pools when it states clearly no pets allowed in the apartment or even near the poolside.
