Location was perfect, the room was comfortable & fit our needs. A short walking distance to the shops & restaurants.The manager Lisa was so nice & helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was a block from the beach, and we loved that we were on the quieter side of the boardwalk yet just a walking distance from bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, we loved having a kitchen with a full refrigerator so we can prepare quick breakfasts and snacks. The walls were thick enough that we didn't hear our neighbors at all! Lisa was always responsive and helpful with questions. We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs and umbrella that came with the room, although there were also BBQ and bikes available at the property that we did not use.

we would have liked to have a blender in the kitchen but we were happy to see everything else was provided.

It was close to the beach and Broadwalk. It was very quiet.

A washer and dryer in the room would be great!

The studio apartment I stayed in was recently renovated. It was beautifully decorated. It was well equipped. It was clean. It was quiet. The bed is comfortable. The AC works well. The location is perfect, beach and boardwalk are just steps away. The parking is free. Lisa, the property manager, is a gem. She is super friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Front doors open to the wind, and blow open. Thin walls.

This property is amazingly assembled, the space is organized, clean and has everything you could need for your stay. The beach is only a few feet away and you have access to the bikes and hammock on the front lawn. Lisa, the property manager is a more than excellent hostess! She attended all of our needs and is very polite and welcoming! We will definitely be back!!!!

Few times the internet signal was gone or very slow

I loved the location to the beach, the washer and dryer, accessories such as beach chairs and umbrellas.

Ease to park the car and access the property. Friendly neighbors. Well-decorated room and kitchen had all that was needed to cook. Bathroom was clean and unit had AC/Heater. Ease of communication with property manager (she was very helpful!).

Perhaps some more insulation between walls. We hadn't heard any of our neighbors until a family came in that was loud.

There were so many things to like about our stay at Marine Villas Hollywood. The location was perfect with easy beach and Broadwalk access just steps away. The rooms were super clean with comfortable beds, pillows and nice, updated décor plus they were supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed and took advantage of the bicycles that were provided and found they were a nice way to travel the Broadwalk and go to local restaurants. The manager, Lisa was a gem, friendly, nice and always available when we had a question or needed anything plus she provided excellent communication regarding check in and check out in a very timely manner. This was our first time to the Hollywood area and due to our pleasant experience at Marine Villas, we plan to return and will definitely stay here!

There was nothing we didn't like!

The location at the end of the Broadwalk - where it's not as chaotic as the central part but is still accessible to all of the activity - was awesome. Additionally, being able to see the ocean from our bed was pretty special. We loved our stay: Lisa is a great host, the room was wonderful, the use of free bikes was awesome, there were beach chairs/towels/umbrellas/surfboards/etc. It was just a great stay overall. Wish we could've been there longer.

It is a beautiful place at the beginning of Broadwalk, located very close to the ocean. Lovely apartment, no problems with the accommodation. Everything was great during our stay.

Great location by the beach w ocean view from upstairs units 5 and 8. Very kind & friendly hostess Lisa helped out and was quick to reply on all questions & messages. Parking space included was also great. Had an excellent stay even it was work trip but having an apartment w kitchenette beats hotelles 6-0! Bikes & beach gear was also available free of charge :)
