We truly enjoyed our visit to Duluth and our Stay at this location. Easy to access and close to North Shore shopping and restaurants. It is the perfect location when traveling to all the North Shore area has to offer with hiking and biking.

This is the second time we have stayed in this space and everything has been great. It is centrally located in the Canal Park area and is very well maintained. There was a minor snafu with parking (which was the fault of the parking lot company and not the property manager) but the issue was handled extremely expeditiously with the help of the rental office. Overall we had a great stay and will be returning in the future without hesitation.

Parking was tricky as the parking pass located outside of rental unit did not work for us. We had to get a temporary parking pass by calling the rental team. Overall, the place was clean, spacious, perfect view and layout. Great walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants, canal bridge, boardwalk, breweries and more.

Condo is spacious and clean. Great location downtown and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and lake walk. Access to pool on lower level was a bonus.

My husband and I were able to spend the weekend kid free and this property was perfect. It was cozy, the bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed including a keurig for a morning coffee. There were a couple delicious breakfast spots a short walk away and we walked into downtown Stillwater each day. We even visited a cute farmers market on Saturday! I would highly recommend this location for a trip to Stillwater!

Great location in canal park with easy access to the DECC. Parking right outside was not an issue. All the conveniences of Canal Park at your fingertips. Be sure to stop by Northern waters for some smoked salmon and Loves creamery for ice cream!

We stayed here over our wedding weekend and were married just down the street at The Garden. The room was the perfect location and walking distance to our venue and our grooms dinner location at Hoops Brewing. Great space!

Everything about this condo was great! The place is located at the end of the hallway so the entire condo is filled with natural light. It was clean and very comfortable. The location is within perfect walking distance to all the shops and restaurants that Canal Park has to offer. It was really nice to have a place to park our car too!

Location was excellent. Yes, it’s inside a hotel but that wasn’t a big deal at all. Very slick deal and the condo is beautiful.
Only hiccups are that the parking permit wasn’t in the unit as promised and it was a Saturday, so I wasn’t able to get the permit until Monday. Luckily the hotel hooked me up for a pass into their lot instead for the weekend.
My 10 year old enjoyed the condo and the pool and all the great nearby activities.
Recommended for those that want to take advantage of being in Canal Park!

This rental was great. Great location, comfortable, clean and lots of extras. Even had a fan for each bedroom.
The only issue we had was that the code to get in. Didn’t work and it was after 5pm (rental office closes at 5). The ease of getting ahold of the number listed was not ideal. After hours and then an answering machine with a number listed to call, and there I stood with nothing to write with to write down number. Not a huge deal but it was annoying.
This place is everything we needed. Thanks for providing such a great rental.

Great location and setup. Absolutely gorgeous place and the location was so convenient for some fun eateries and drinks. Was nice they had a pool and hot tub.
Was odd they asked to replace the recycling and garbage at the end of the stay. Don't mind doing it per se, just odd that am paying for cleaning at a nice place and Im having to remove garbage bags and whatnot. Also the parking instructions were a little unclear and a picture/map would be of been great.
But overall really enjoyed it.
