Convenient location
Dirty, smelled like smoke, our rooms were dirty, had spiders, dirty beds, bathroom and air conditioner didn’t work

Front desk staff when we checked in was extremely rude. I got charged twice, and when I brought it up to the employee I got treated like it was my fault. Mirror in bathroom was dirty all over. You could tell there was a drink or something spilt on the wall in the room because it was never cleaned up.

Person who checks me in was super friendly! He was really the only one I encountered but it was the best I’ve I’ve had checking me in for a long time. Give that guy a raise!!

Easy access to the Motel, Breakfast was good. The desk clerk was very friendly.
Time of year when flies are pests, but staff had fly seaters so took care of that problem.

by the time we came up for breakfast about 8:30, there was just a little bit of breakfast food.

The location
It's just rather dingyin there. The carpet looks old and stained. There is no elevator. The breakfast was picked over and not replenished so basically there wasn't a free breakfast.
