Spacious room, great breakfast, clean

The slide in the pool isn’t open during the day tjme. The water for the pool was freezing on Thursday but then warm on Friday. Must not be heated during the week??

The kids did have a lot of fun in the pool that's about all I can say good about this experience.

The pool smelled like lake water and there was a crap ton of rust all over the slide and steps to it. The housekeeping supervisor told us she cleaned our room thoroughly like stopped us to let us know that then we get to the room and the microwave is broke,the desk leg broke,the pull out mattress broke with a bunch of food and cups under the pull out. Then since we booked through booking they said all they could do for us is switch to a new room. Also the breakfast was pretty horrible the sausage links and omelets were undercooked and or cold in the inside. Would never go back again and I've never said that about a hotel

Accidentally left charger plugged into the wall but was not "found" by housekeeping. Called to ask and it was not put into lost and found.

It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. The waterslide in the pool was an amazing surprise for my kids! Liked there was actual hand wash (and not just a bar of soap), and all the toiletries, an added plus they were refillable so helping the environment! The breakfast had decent choices and we loved the cinnamon rolls! The courtyard was a nice spot to gather with our family to hang out. Overall a nice stay!

The roof had a leak in the front lobby. There were only 2 bath towels in our room and we were a family of 4 (not a huge deal, I went to front desk to ask for more). The breakfast was good, but both mornings we were there I had to ask for a refill on the coffee as it was out. One I had to wait 5 minutes bc they forgot to brew another. Again not a huge deal, but an area of improvement. The worker did seem to be checking things so maybe I just got unlucky. The pool area was soooo hot! We were trying to hang out and relax in the pool area while the kids relaxed (after my Mother-in-law's funeral) and it was unbearable. The emrgency door was propped open, not sure by who, but we sat by the door which helped with the fresh air. Didn't like we couldn't have food in the pool area.

the bed was to hard the jetted tub took forever to have hot water and the shower wouldn’t go cooler.
