The hotel was clean. Pool was good size. Breakfast had many choices and was tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The place was really nice. I actually stayed there before and was it disappointment a bit very convenient to the interstate.

I don’t know why, because the fees have been pulled by booking.com before I got there that when I registered, the guy asked me for $41 more for an incidental fee and when I checked out they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t return the money.

the only slight complaint would be the quality of the structure; it seemed like the walls/floors were very thin. I felt like the people on the floor below me would hear me walking with the way the ground felt on the impact of my feet, and I could easily hear people in the hallway outside. although the number of people was very little, so not an issue.

The front desk staff was extremely rude. Upon checking in to the hotel my family and I had seriously contemplated leaving the hotel all together due to the very poor and rude service we recieved from the girl working the front desk. She talked down to my mother over a simple misunderstanding of the rooms being booked in two different names and when I walked up to address the concern I was ordered to step aside so that she could help a customer waiting in line behind us. My daughter, who is only 14 years old, was told she needed to have a photo ID to get a spare room key, although she had my name and room number to offer the front desk worker. When leaving the hotel, my family and I were on the elevator going down to the first floor, when the elevator stopped, the back door also opened and we were rushed out of the elevator with our arms full and duffle bags at our feet, by the cleaning staff who was waiting so she could presumably go up to the floor she needed to be on. Again, another very rude staff member. We will never stay at this particular hotel again when we go to visit my brother in the future.

The location was great - right off the highway and not far from downtown. The breakfast had pancakes, eggs, breakfast meats, oatmeal, cereal. That was great for the price. I really appreciated that they had Soy Milk. They had Dove products, which I really like. I love getting makeup wipes. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Great stay for a night on our trip
