Paint was falling down from the ceiling. The furniture was badly damaged. The chair and lampshades were all torn up. The chair had white sweat marks all around it. It was so disgusting!!

I paid in full and checked out the very next morning. I am still waiting for my refund. This is unacceptable!! I paid in full, stayed one night and immediately checked out and said that I wanted a refund. They told me to contact booking.com and booking.com told me to call the hotel direct. This is theft, $1,100 - I will be filing a complaint! I want my refund!!!!!!!!

There was nothing about it to like. The door was partially caved in.

The shower had mold in it, the sink faucet was loose, the front door had a huge gap and looked like someone tried to kick it in. The toilet was always running. The lighting was terrible.

I was out out because a Middle Eastern man didn’t like the fact that he was dealing with a women. he was also upset at the fact that I was black and threatened to call the police on me. I was forced to go and pay more money to sleep at another hotel. I would like a full refund!!!

nothing the property is very dirty. I was given room 109. it had stains on the walls, doors and the air conditioning. it looks like a motel where the unholy meet up.

The room was filthy. There was stains everywhere and poop on the walls. Feel like I need a tetanus shot from walking in the door. Looked like someone was killed in the room, and the heater was disgusting and rusted.

Mold all in the fridge, Dirty hard towels, blood stain on floor, stains and burn holes on mattress and furniture, black water came out of the sink and shot out all over the floor, dust on everything with furniture falling part, no working remote for the TV. Bed was hard with rough springs, no shampoos or conditioners, non smoking room had nothing but cigarette smells. $100.. never again.

nothing. we didn’t end up staying after traveling 4 hours.

we drove 4 hours thinking we would be able to check in at 3pm. we arrived at 5:30pm & the worker at the window rudely told us we would have to wait an hour. That our room wasn’t clean. yet he didn’t even ask for our name or anything to know when we made reservations

Without a doubt i will tell anyone to run away from here. Glass on the floor. Everything was stained and the lamps were completely destroyed. There were knife slashes on the bed post and curse words carved onto the wooden parts of furniture. Bugs were in the bed and dirt on the bathroom floor. To top it off the front door wouldn't even close properly so it was still open with locks on. Felt so uncomfortable and unsafe we left.

I didn't like a single thing about this place

Roaches, mold, found dirty underwear in the bathroom, neighbors were loud outside all night and nothing was done about it, everyone around was an obvious meth head, the box springs looked like they were soaked in blood and just sprayed off, the lamps had dust built up on them from the 90's... Just don't stay here.

The hotel was disgusting, there were all kinds of bugs...from bed bugs to roaches. The mattresses looked and smelled like they came from the dump, just brown stains over the whole mattress and bowstring. The carpet looked like it has never been cleaned...ever. All the linen had stains on them. The lampshades were filthy. This experience was just horrible

Nastiest smell feces in toilet and tub..no shower curtains. No pillow cases bed linen was stained . Carpet was filthy. Mold in bath area grungy towels. Just wouldn't recommend to no one

I left the property immediately on arrival and booked into the room.

This property is disgusting and need to either be demolished or completely remodelled

Dirty sheets, damp floor, dirty shower, ants came into my room, sink faucette shot water out at an angle that would get you wet, bed railings exposed and actually cut my leg. It was so bad I would love to have my money back for such an inconvenient stay. This place should close down immediately.
