Paid parking was not mentioned when booking. The fact that after paying to stay, people have to pay to park is ridiculous.

Great in-house restaurant. Parking space is plentiful, feels safe and secure. Location is great.
Pool & lounging area are small.

Service for what was provided was good. Rooms were nice AND clean. Called for extra towels--good. Plumbing problem--good.
Microwave in room. Better coffee OR longer time during day (only complimentary coffee available in the AM 5:30 to 10:30).

Property is right on the river walk, though a bit far the main downtown area with restaurants/shops. Close to the pearl. Nice bathroom.
Slightly too far from downtown and the main river walk area. Construction ongoing so a bit noisy at time. Breakfast available but have to pay. Parked on the street though they still charged me for parking, had to get this fixed.

It was under construction and we lost water for a little over an hour as a water line was hit
The bathroom was not very clean the ice maker was broken and one of the elevators was broken

The hotel is as shown in the pictures, the breakfast in the restaurant is good (not included), and it is very close to a lot of key attractions by car
It is quite a long walk through the riverwalk to get to the key locations

It was great location not too far from the Pearl and had a nice patio and outdoor restaurant.

it was convenient walk along the Riverwalk and to downtown
there was no microwave in the room and the drain in the bath tub was very slow.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean
The location was further walking distance than expected from the main restaurants, shopping and attractions. We had to Uber back and forth each time we wanted to go out.

The lodging is beautiful, comfortable, and super clean!
The name is deceiving. We were excited to stay on the river walk, but it is a 22 min walk to all the fun on the river, which i dont recommend doing. If you want a quiet stay on riverfront property, this is it.
Also, they don't serve breakfast like it is noted, only Monday and Tuesdays. there is a restaurant on the first floor

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the location was nice being about 15 min. drive from everything.
Not a lot just being picky but we were in room 143 and the bush to the left of the balcony could have been trimmed up a little bit. I also am a believer that hotels need to start upgrading to smart TVs.

No breakfast- not even a continental breakfast and no maid service…. I had to fix my own bed… not enough towels
