place had problems like the elevator wouldn’t work by hitting down button, bathroom door had some disrepair, also pealing pant and modeling coming undone in room.

Well I had a confirmed reservation but when I called to see if I could check in early the mgr told me he had no reservations and no rooms so here I am stuck out of town in the cold disabled at 4am on a sat morning with nowhere to sleep and i cant get a refund on my deposit

The fact i could only stay for 2 nights due to a power outage and customer service is doing nothing to refund me for that night. Sadly i would not be staying at any oyo hotels any more due to inconveniences such as this matter.

It didn’t have security about 10 or 12 cars got broken into so I didn’t stay overnight

nothing like the picture bathroom filthy heat was not working and cold air coming in from outside from the heater not being seal to wall hinge missing on room door adjoined doors rusted ceiling peeling shower curtain has mold on the bottom, toilet pee, stains all back by where are you screw the toilet seat in rusted out little closet area headboard broken lamp not working. Curtains not properly hung and that’s just one room of the room. Bathroom door will not close heater not working bathroom filthy rusted lamps for a ordinary chair not a desk chair the list goes on on elevator, barely working
