It was very clean.
They only provide housekeeping every 3 days, when I asked for at least fresh towels the front desk gave me bath mays instead. The hotel was under renovation and the workers yelling down the hallways. Very loud and disrespectful. They breakfast they provided was cold and stale. I was not happy at all for the price I paid.

The front desk staff were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in my life! Very easy to talk to and very accommodating!
There really wasn’t anything we disliked honestly! We understood they were doing construction but it wasn’t unbearable!

The staff were all super friendly and accommodating
Didn’t realize it was under construction. Was there for work late hours early mornings. The noise was super tough when trying sleep and preparing for working an event. Also no water for almost 5hours of the event date i had to work and couldn’t shower.

Beds were amazing, the pull out was a pull out tho.
The bathroom was a little scary. Thought the tub was going to fall through.

Found blood in first room, second room didn’t clean room and was not told I had to ask for daily cleaning when checking in therefore, my room was not cleaned nothing and staff tried to blame me for not requesting it when it was not offered from the beginning

The breakfast was full and fresh, very good. The lobby as well as eating area was comfortable and clean.

Pool was loud and crowded. Ruckus from many kiddos taking up entire pool with loud game. Parents present but no one who worked there was around to help with situation.

it was a little isolated from other services but that was both good and bad. no restaurants in walking distance but also very quiet.

our room view was a huge satellite dish out the window and a dirty ledge when we looked outside. such a let down since we stay here every year.

TV didn't have very many channels that worked. Bathroom was very small.

We had shuttle arranged to take us to Airport at 4:30 a.m. and we're told night before we were only ones leaving that early. We literally arrived in lobby at 4:34 and was told shuttle left and next one didn't run until 5:30. Complete was of time and money so had to drive to airport.

The breakfast was okay nothing to brag about complimentary simple breakfast. I would have loved a hot and hearty breakfast for the price. The Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
The breakfast could of had more choices and the restaurant could have been open a little longer especially since the hotel does not have microwave in the room. Why have a refrigerator to hold your food but have to travel down stairs to heat it up. Makes no sense.
