During our road trip we made a 3 day stop in Moab and stayed at the Sun Outdoors in an Airstream. Check-in was smooth, polite and courteous. The "Airstream" was pretty new and equipped with everything you need. We also had a larger one which had 2 double beds and a bunk bed. Since there were only two of us, we had plenty of space. On the terrace in front with the Adirondack Chairs you can relax perfectly. There is a grill, which could be operated with a wood fire, which we did not use. The location, between Arches NP and Moab, although located on a road, was absolutely quiet and relaxing. If you book accommodation directly in Moab on the main commercial street, the traffic and hustle and bustle can be quite annoying and noisy. There is a pool on site, but it's very small for the complex, as lodges, RV sites, and tent sites are also rented out. There are a total of 8 "Airstreams" with the associated parking space. The "Airstream" was very clean, the shower and toilet work smoothly, and the large fridge with a large freezer and gas stove allow you to live completely self-sufficiently. Since we liked it so much on the first day, we immediately extended another day on site, since the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. "Sun Outdoors, Moab" is an absolute recommendation and we would book it again at any time. LG from Germany!

didn’t love that there was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the cabin with no extras when we arrived. we bought toilet paper in town.

the pool and hot tub closed at 8 and we never got to use it because we never got back from our excursions until later. the hot tub should be open later especially since it didn’t even get dark until almost 9.

Good location near Arches NP.

Very small and cramped cabin. Did have all the features advertised - just at a very basic level. Overpriced for what it was.

Location was perfect! Staff was trying their best to resolve our issues.

We rented a 2 person cabin and it brought new meaning to the word small. It was difficult to even move around the bed in the main space. No sink in the bathroom, only a sink in the “kitchenette” area. The shower was unusable unless you are 5’2” or shorter. It has no wand and the shower head was mounted so low that you can’t rinse off. The staff moved us to an Airstream which had a wand shower, but the unit had several mechanical/system problems during our stay that we were communicating with the staff daily to resolve them, but didn’t get the water pump issue resolved until the final day.

The location is convenient. The cabin provides some privacy and is just a few steps from the car. We enjoyed chatting with the other vacationers. The giant chess set was fun!

There was some confusion about the pet policy. Dogs are allowed in general but not in the cabins. Also there are no cooking facilities or dishes so plan on spending some money at the restaurants.
