Had requested no feather bedding in the room and not only were the pillows all down 2 of them lacked pillow cases. The staff had a ridiculously difficult time understanding I wanted to switch the pillows for fiberfill. Finally after a rather Marx brothers interlude I got 2 pillows. Both staff I talked to said they’d had many requests for hypoallergenic pillows. At least they made a note of it. I can’t believe hotels continue to stock down pillows.

The hotel was not nearly as clean as it was rated.

It was nice and clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The shower very impressive.

The breakfast selection was not as good as I’ve had at other hotels
