The air conditioning is not working and we told customers serves the told us that we didn’t have any solution now and we solve tomorrow It was herbal night for kids the humidity is high All of us had flu case we kept the balcony’s door open all this night It is too bad

I liked the view from the condo balcony,ocean right there & could listen to the beach waves. Not so far away from board walk or strip everything is walking distance if you prefer to explore. The condo is nice & makes you feel like you're at home. Has a inside pool & jacuzzi also outside pool & jacuzzi for all the tenants that are staying there.

Didn't give us enough toilet paper for a four night stay & asked a ganitor or maintenance guy for more toilet paper he said best to go buy toilet paper from dollar general as much as I spent on the condo felt like they should've provided more toilet paper for a four night stay.

All was well. I really liked it was not crowded. Covid is still around and to be able to enjoy the indoor snd outdoor pool along with hot tub was awesome

Dirty nasty place Beds were so uncomfortable and old Worse place I've ever stayed Hosteva miss represented the condo No light in bathroom shower And lamp in living area out 2 towels

We paid about $1500 for a 3 night stay… we get in the room and the bathroom light was out. Thankfully, it got fixed. I don’t feel like the facilities were worth what we paid for with the room being so out dated. Room smelt like marijuana the second we walked in and having a small kid that’s no good.. there was no toilet paper in the room and we had to go buy our own. We Really liked the view and the pool but the unit could’ve been better.

The location was tremendous.

The property itself was nice. Minus the construction crews repairing different things the whole stay the building was well maintained and in a great location. The problem was the booking company, not so much booking.com which I’ve never had issues with but rather hosteeva. It was such a run around just to get confirmed and checked into our room, which we had no clue where it was other than pictures until the day of arrival. There was no staff or front desk at all. There was one very helpful housekeeper who had to continuously give people arriving directions while she was trying to do her job. She deserves a raise (not sure her name but blonde,very upbeat). The room itself was clean except for food left in the microwave. The AC rattles like crazy and the toilet whines for 5 minutes every flush (903). All in all it was a good stay, I’d return to the meridian itself if they get a front desk staff. Just not with hosteeva.

The front door was messed up a strong wind could’ve blew it open so I had to put a car against the door. It sounded like someone was trying to break in so I was up all night and the sliding door was broken and it couldn’t be locked

There wasn't any breakfast

We had to do everything, dump trash, wash the dishes, so what was the cleaning crew job if did everything before oh just to make the bed
