The front desk staff Andy was amazing!! He was super helpful and friendly!!

The incidental charge was high and was not explained to me when I made the booking, also the parking was made to seem like the best deal when in reality it was more expensive than nearby parking. Also, we could not use our streaming device on the TV.

Liked having enough space for our whole group. Check-in was easy. Breakfast that was offered was acceptable but very busy. Room very clean. We were able to get extra blankets when we asked.

PILLOWS!! They were so soft that they didn't even feel like they were there. Queen beds have 3 pillows. Pullout queen had only 2. We asked for more but the staff told us "everyone seems to want pillows today". She then said she would get back to us. We never saw her again. It would be nice to have more chairs to eat at the table that moves out. Also, there needs to be a little more lighting on the wall across from the beds. The dark shade did not go down all the way in the window. The window allowed us to see inside a building (couldn't figure out where!) And they had lights on until midnight. Parking costs ($47/day) seem EXTREMELY unnecessary considering we are paying to stay there. Increase your rate rather than have surprise parking fee.

all of the furniture in the room and dining area was very very dirty and stained. the breakfast was not eatsble. It was microwaved and had plastic that steamed the food and it was very bad

The location was great. The breakfast was very good. The valet parking was super convenient, and the staff was very nice.

The lighting was very sparse , and it was weird that we did not have a window looking outside. That felt claustrophobic. The bathroom could have been cleaner, too.
