We love staying here for the convenience of the strip

Breakfast was really lacking this last time we went.. missing stuff but that’s not deal breaker we will be back.

Didn’t get to stay due to them calling and saying my payment was declined. I understand they do a pre authorization charge but it was WAY more than just one night. The lady I talked to on the phone said it was ok with her if I called another property.

It took a long time to get checked in the desk person was new and by herself. The carped had a lot of stains

The room was great. The location was great. We thought we would need to drive to a lot of the destinations that we wanted to visit but we walked 90% of the places.

There was nothing that I can say that I dislike about this room/hotel.

We had two rooms booked. The room for my wife and I looked clean at first, but there were many stains on the floor and obviously not vacuumed. We were moved to another room (went from King to two Queen). Unfortunately the floor was still stained, but we decided not to ask to move again as the property was very busy and lots of folks checking in. On top of not being clean, generally (see where I wrote ‘clean me’ in two dusty places of the elevator), nothing was really cared for. The certificate for the elevator, which is very old and run down, had expired in August of 2023. As mentioned, we ended up in a room with two queen beds, the bed I ended up in appeared to have a fitted sheet for a twin bed, so kept coming off the corners and made sleeping uncomfortable. We booked somewhere convenient and cheap, it was not at all what the room photos represent, and I wish I had spent our money elsewhere. I don’t normally write reviews, but felt this needed to be said.

Room appeared recently remodeled but stains already on carpet , chair, ironing board, and curtains. Bathroom was extremely small and the newly hung wallpaper will not last long as the seams were already peeling up. The location was perfect.

Staff was the worst I have ever encountered. Rude, unprofessional, and just an absolutely horrible experience at check-in . The room was advertised with a private balcony, which was completely INACCURATE. It was more of a tiny corridor off to the side with 3 doors under an overhang that was scary if you were alone. Had to make sure window covering was closed at all times as room was exposed to ENTIRE COMPLEX the way it was angled. Parking was a whole other issue since the hotel was sold out it was almost impossible to find a spot when we arrived. Ice maker at door of elevator was constantly leaking, and there was always water and filth on floor and in elevator. No air/circulation in the elevator and July is HOT in TN

The water pressure was awful, the bed was uncomfortable, there wasn't enough drawers for you're clothing, there was channels on the TV that even if you had the same channels at home you couldn't sign in to them.
