Convenient location

The room was dirty and smelled funny. Microwave was broken. The door didn't stay shut and had rust on it. The toilet didn't flush.

I would give ZERO stars if I was allowed. I booked through Booking.com. And that’s saying “Don’t judge a book by its cover” is 100% true. I looks all nice in the photos. The rooms look great, the parking lot looks nice. Etc. but I’m reality. It was disgusting. I pulled up and I was instantly scared. Traveling with my two kids alone and we get in at 9pm and I’m scared. I already paid for the room on booking so I couldn’t cancel. So I sucked it up. I paid for a non-smoking room, the guy at the front was swapped and busy and he checked me into 216, forgot to give me my ID card back. But he was as friendly as can be. My children and I get up to 216 and open the door and we are blasted with the smell of cigarette smoke, no phone, my kids are so uncomfortable. I was like no. So we go to use the side door to get inside and they are all locked from 8pm-6am. So we have to go down the stairs that is cover is pet feces, cigarettes, trash. And asked to change rooms. When I told him there wasn’t a phone in 216 his friend started to laugh. He changed my rooms with a smile and I said I need to get our stuff out of 216 and he said “just let me know when you have done” so, I said “I will if there is a phone in the new room”. I’m sorry but I was not about to go up and down those nasty stairs. So we get into our room (217), it smells 100% better. Was able to call downstairs, give my kids showers. I crawl into bed because by this time it’s like 1030 and I’m tired from a 7hr drive. And my bedding had cigarette burns, and the sheets are dirty. They also say they provide breakfast….NO BREAKFAST! Needless to say, I will never ever judge a book by its cover again! And never pay for a hotel before I arrive again! Safety: I did not feel safe. We gathered all our stuff while in the car, and then got out and locked it and ran upstairs.

Door seals were missing, letting in light & sound. Door safety latch was broken. Dumpster getting emptied at 5:20 am right outside of rooms is poor management.

We came to town for 1 night to see the WWE show in Beaumont. This place had great price and availability at the last minute. Was pleasantly surprised by the fridge and microwave in room.

No complaints about anything. It completely served its purpose . Location was close enough to nearby arena.

Low price and good size room. Easy access and parking.

Non smoking room, smelled of smoke.
