Great hotel pretty clean and comfortable.

The price is a little expensive for what you get but overall good experience.

It was well decorated, comfortable, the built in dove soap dispensers were my favorite part since I usually travel with a dive bar of soap, everything was well stocked, the showers were spacious and had great pressure. Also there was the cozy bed, and the countless usb ports, light options, and outlets in the room, staff was fantastic too!

The one way road ahead made it a little difficult to navigate west for the shopping center full of restaurants. The chair and mini table in the corner was a bit wobbly and definitely needs to be tightened up. Other than that, awesome facilities!

front desk wasn’t helpful i was charged double and i havent received a refund i paid on the booking app they charged me at the hotel twice said it would fall off but why charge me twice i’ve still haven’t recurve answers

The staff was friendly, the pillows and mattress were very comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel was conveniently located right off the highway. There was. a good place to grab a pizza across the highway from the hotel. The breakfast was decent.

A bottle of water was $6 so we went 1 mile down the road to a gas station and got drinks to go with our pizza. We arrived late after going to a concert at Ford Field so we were parched and hungry.

Spacious and good location - just off the hwy. Had an airy feel to it. Check-in staff was nice.

Breakfast was basic, needed a bit more variety/fruits. AC needed cleaning as there was an accumulation of dust in the vents.

All staff I met were friendly and helpful.

I had a room at the front of the property, which may prove a bit noisy for some due to the noise from the highway.

Breakfast was ok. Hot food just not kept hot and barely warm. Evening staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check in process was cumbersome in 2023. Everything could have been done online in advance except maybe ID check. And the in room thermostat was blocked by a queen size bed and very inconvenient to adjust

Did not replace towels or toiletries when picked up dirty towels. I had to CALL and ASK for fresh towels and more toilet tissue.

they need to be more clean. the pool area need to be cleaned more often. there were ants crawling in the towels, hallway needed to monitor. elevator needed to mop so there wouldn’t be any falls. other than that rooms were nice

Breakfast was fine for what it was. After all, it is preprepared and mass produced, but the juice and coffee were very good.

Upon arrival there was only one staff member working at the desk. I waited 30 mins to get checked in. When I finally checked in and got my keys went to the room only to find out someone was still in there. The second room they gave me wasn’t clean. At this point I was ready to check out and leave. I got my third room and finally it was clean and free of unwanted guests.

Same old stuff, I skipped the breakfast actually, the last time I stayed I had cereal and the milk in the refrigerator was spoiled and past the due date. I threw it away.

I could not sleep, when I stayed before on the back side of the building it seemed quieter on the front side too much traffic all night on the interstate, I could not sleep

Hotel is right next to the Interstate and I couldn't sleep well with a North-side room facing the road. Bring ear plugs or get a room on the South side.
