At check in the front desk tell me they needed an additional $100 to hold for a deposit which was nowhere on the website. Several people voiced the same about an additional gold of $100 which most people budget their money prior to traveling. No HOT WATER IN THE ROOM…GUEST SMOKING MARIJUANA ENTIRE FLOOR SMELLED FRONT DESK WAS NOTIFIED NOTHING WAS DONE..SHEETS IN ONE BED WERE NOT CHANGED CLEARLY LONG STRAINS OF RED HAIR ON THE SHEETS AND IN THE BATHROOM…WORSE GOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN AND ALL I GET BACK IS A $20 CREDIT AND TD THE END ROOMS WATER IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM THEN WHY RENT THEM OUT

I don't like anything after a couple hours and a trip to the. Store to get cleaning supplies asked for at least a partial refund they refused this place is deplorable We left without the refund

The room was fine, but I didn't have a real great sense that it was clean. The tub didn't seem to be completely installed, one panel was missing, so I was just left with the impression that the room / hotel didn't get a lot of care.

Didn’t have breakfast

Having a big bath tub in two different rooms and not being able to use it because it was dirty and no staff available to clean it and didn’t have any cleaning supplies so I could clean it really sucked

The air conditioner took a long time to cool the room down.

Front desk staff was friendly

Room was overpriced, after seeing it upon checking in. Asked for 2pm check- in time, as it asked when booking on line, waited over 45 for check-in. Continental breakfast started at 7am, was out to get it at 715, food that was left was cold and fruit was mushy.

Staff was great, always laughing and friendly. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Lots of great fast food within 1/2 mile: Panda Express, Jimmy John's. 2 2 restaurants within 1 block. Close to expressway to get around town quickly.

They are getting ready to renovate the property. There was a small tear in the beautiful carpet, smoke alarm was not properly attached.
