I loved that the rooms were not attached. I also loved that the pool was away from the rooms.

I wish the hot tub was inside instead of outside. I don’t remember seeing this in the description

Have stayed here several times and really like it. Very convenient to restaurants, stores, attractions and on a side road with short cuts to everything. Enjoy the nice rooms, the pools and that it has a nice bar with some food!

The Breakfast was awful! You would think for $27 it would be great. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We ended on going out to breakfast every morning. Now that was amazing

The property was nice and clean. I like the idea that it was a pet friendly place to stay and the price for the pet fee was good.

I feel that the price for the rooms could have been more reasonable but we enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like the breakfast because u had to pay for it,,so I did it wasn't good,$12.50 buffet breakfast ,there wasn't much for the buffet,,I got better breakfast at hotels that are free,,I've stayed at Drury Inn that have a great big buffet and a kick back evening dinner and drinks and a great value on rate,,if there was one at Pigeon Forge Tn,,I definitely be at that hotel for the reason of the great breakfast and kickback dinner,plain and simple ,,when someone gets an hotel this is what they want for there hotel stay of what they pay,,pretty much I payed almost double ,than if I stayed at a drury inn at a great rate and great breakfast,kickback and great amenities, pool,hottub,

Clean, Staff was helpful

I thought I had signed up to stay at the Hampton Inn next door, but when I checked my confirmation, it was for the Hilton Garden Inn.

It was clean

The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were in need of replacement. We felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. Not worth the price.

Way overpriced, no breakfast unless you pay for it, for as much as I payed for the room I should have gotten breakfast, there was no one to straighten up your room unless you ask them to, that should have been included in the price.

The room and hotel were very clean and the staff was very nice. The location was great as well since it's behind the strip so it's easy to get to but also easy to get anywhere you need near by.

It is so conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was just me and my husband and we just rested pretty much all week....which is what we needed.

I was sad the clothes dryer was out of order.

We loved having a restaurant in the hotel. It was very convenient and food was good.

Breakfast was great, three egg omlete was fantastic.

Couple on 2nd floor smoking marijuana and stinking up our room and the hallway. Issue was told to front desk and they said they couldnt do anything about it. This was a no smoking facility.
