Beautiful room great stuff great location.

The coffee pot did not work, and the remote batteries were dead, so it was hard to watch the television.

It’s down the street from the hospital so made it convenient since we had family member at the hospital and we came out of town to see them

There was twekers just hanging around the parking lot until late hours of the night. The Door Lock Reinforcer Privacy Door Latch above the door lock was broken I had a chair up against the door. To reinforce it to give me piece of mind. Headboards gross I wanted to leave but since I’m not from town and it was late when I checked in I just stayed there since I had to be close to the hospital

Booking lied about our room. I paid extra for a full size fridge which they don't offer for rooms with 2 queen beds. No elevator. I'm disabled and getting my stuff up stairs sucked. No ice machine on second floor. I drive a dump truck and couldn't park on site.

The hotel was very clean and looked recently updated.

The breakfast options were lacking. The only options were waffles, oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, and cereal.

The hallway carpet was disgusting. The TV did not function. The floor lamp was not maintained and did not have a bulb in it. Went for ice and the signage said the location was on the second floor but actually was on the first floor with no directional signage.

I don’t believe the queen was an actual queen bed. It felt like a full and was uncomfortable. The curtains were dirty along with the carpet and shower.

Not knowing there wasn’t an elevator until we got to the property and being in the 2nd floor was not fun with luggage

It was close to the event we were there for.

Never saw housekeeping. Asked front desk for clean towels and coffee. They said we had to get them from housekeeping. 😳
