Het hotel is heel centraal gelegen, op loopafstand van belangrijke plekken in Manhattan. Wat dat betreft absoluut een aanrader. Ook de kamer was ruim en had een lekker groot bed dat heel comfortabel was. Verder was het ontbijtbuffet uitstekend.

De lobby/tevens ontbijtzaal was echt ondermaats. Veel te klein voor het grote aantal gasten en super ongezellig.

Loved the music theme, the happy hour which had some great snacks and wine all passed around by lovely staff for free. Room was compact, hardly any hot water when we stayed for some reason which was really the only thing that let it down. But ultimately, as long as you don’t mind small rooms and no bar area, a great little hotel

Posizione eccezionale, l’hotel si trova tra Central Park e Times Square, al centro di Manhattan. Lo staff è sempre stato super disponibile, anche prima del mio arrivo ha saputo rispondere ad ogni dubbio. La mia camera non era eccessivamente grande, situata al 6 piano dell’hotel, accogliente e letto molto comodo. Un altro punto a favore è la zona presente al piano terra, in cui sono disponibili h24 acqua, succhi di frutta, caffè, posate/bicchieri ecc…

L’unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è la colazione: l’ambiente è piuttosto piccolo, il cibo a disposizione è per lo più dolce e confezionato, poca scelta.

Во всем отеле чувствуешь себя как дома! Номера - чистые, уютные, современные, все сделано по уму. Один в один как на фото. Все в комнате в отличном состоянии. Уборка по расписанию, наводят чистоту даже если мы выходили из номера после обеда. Убирают настолько хорошо, что даже протирают дверцу душа ежедневно, чтобы ни капли воды не осталось на стекле. Лобби + лаунж небольшие, но всегда на всех хватает место. Я была этому очень удивлена! Очень комфортная и уютная обстановка. На завтраке все нативно понятно, не приходится искать тарелки/вилки/стаканы и тд. Все что необходимо и все свежее. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный. Тут и добавить нечего. Местоположение очень удачное. Близко ко всем знаковым местам, везде ходили пешком. Метро тоже рядышком. Рядом кафе, рестораны, продуктовые магазины на любой вкус и кошелек. По оплате все прозрачно: заплатили столько сколько было указано на букинге и 200$ возвратный залог с кредитки. Никаких дополнительных сборов за «быстрый интернет», «междугородние звонки» и прочую ерунду не платили. Вайфай, к слову, очень даже быстрый. Мы очень часто путешествуем с мужем и летом проехали половину Америки и смело можем сказать, что этот отель нам понравился больше всех отелей, в которых мы когда-либо останавливались по качеству и цене. К слову, летом мы останавливались в отеле на Тайм Сквер, и там все было иначе: очень дорого, дополнительные сборы и номер с изъянами, зато вид крутой. По качеству эти два отеля просто не сравнить - Карнеги Отель на высоте! Помимо прочего, в отеле бонусом проводится Час Вина с 17-18 часов дня. Всем постояльцам разливают вино и подают закуски. К слову, этот отзыв я и написала в этот счастливый час под бокал красного вина😁 Мы и правда настолько довольны отелем и обязательно вернемся сюда снова, потому что мы всей душой полюбили прекрасный город Нью-Йорк. Огромное спасибо отелю за гостеприимство. Мы непременно вернемся снова!

Единственное желание, которое у меня возникло за 6 дней пребывания, это чередовать омлет с сыром, который подают ежедневно на завтрак, на другие блюда из яиц.

The location of this hotel is perfect to explore the city and to go for a run in the morning (in Central Park). The room was not very big, but big enough. It's still NYC :) Everything was clean and the room offers all the comfort we need. The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very delicious and there was enough of everything. I appreciate the extra snacks available during the day and the wine/cheese in the early evening. I definitely recommend this hotel, you will not regret it.

Location, location, location! This was a handy spot for us: highly walkable to Central Park, Times Square, the Broadway theaters, and Carnegie Hall (just across the street). The staff was invariably welcoming, helpful and professional. We enjoyed the relaxing wine/cheese/fruit service each day at 5-6. The breakfast buffet saved us money as well as valuable time on our brief visit to NYC. The breakfast/wine room was tiny but designed to make the most of limited space. The hotel lobby was also quite small but classy, as was our room. Despite the Carnegie's location near noisy Times Square, our tiny 16th floor room was quiet. Also contributing to a good night's rest were blackout curtains, a comfortable bed and an efficient heating/cooling system on a thermostat. The room had excellent overhead lighting, desk lighting, and reading lights on the side tables. The small refrigerator was stocked the first day with two bottles of cold water. Everything was functional and looked clean and well-maintained. The rainfall shower was great. The front desk was staffed 24/7, providing quick service and a feeling of safety. Elijah was a fixture there, always personable and helpful. We especially appreciated the arrangements he made for our transport to LaGuardia Airport.

There was very little to dislike. A short list of minor complaints: 1. The room WAS very small. We travel light and spend little time in the room, so that was not a major issue. 2. We had a view of a brick wall. That may have contributed to the 16th floor room's quiet, however, as the window did not face the street. 3. There was no microwave. 4. One of two large elevators, shared by both guests and staff, was out of service when we arrived. It was working by our final night, so having just one working elevator was probably unusual. 5. The nightly room rate was steep. However, EVERYTHING in Manhattan is pricey, so the Carnegie provided good value and met our needs quite well.

Great location, a few minutes walk from Central Park and with access to the subway minutes away. Room was small but clean and the en-suite was excellent.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was quite a bit of choice for breakfast and it was continuously replenished. The location was excellent! It was just a short walk to Central Park or Times Square with the subway around the corner if you want to go further. We would totally recommend the Carnegie Hotel!

Perfectly located hotel, beautiful room, small but your don't need more, bathroom well equipped with a great shower. Nice space over the desk to place all the stuff. Good drawers for clothes. The breakfast was nice: omelets toast, yogurt,milk granola, bananas, juice, and coffee. The wine hour was also nice, and they serve cheese, grapes, chips, nuts, etc. The lobby is pretty small but who needs a big one.

Close to everything I needed, especially a grocery store. The complimentary breakfast and wine were a bonus and generous.

We loved our room. At first we thought it was a little small, but, then we realized that we were indeed in New York City. This was our first trip to NYC and us being out all day into late night, returning to our comfy room was just what we needed. Our room was cleaned and freshened up every day.
